"Overrated for the price."

"It wasn’t a bad place to sleep for the night. If we were going to stay longer, we might choose elsewhere. It was clean. The beds weren’t the most comfortable. The sofa/bed had soiled spots. You could tell it needed a bit of an update. Breakfast was alright—waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs, biscuits and gravy (typical run of the mill continental breakfast and not the best one we’ve had before). "It was so bad that we just left after entering the room, there were far too many issues to believe it could be easily fixed, or that another room would have been much better. Of note, there was only one other car in the parking lot, not sure why they would give us such a bad room (if there were others that were better). Problems: door lock broken/loose, BIG gap under the door, bugs crawling on the ac unit, on the bed, flying, the room was stuffy when we entered and had a weird smell, the ceiling...

"The room was filthy and old. How hard is it to paint. The sheets were clean and no bugs. There was a fridge and Microwave. But there were no utensils or cookware to use the cooktop. No dishes, just plastic and styrofoam cups. There was a construction lot very close to rooms. They were working on something and I had to ask the front desk to have them stop. Beep, Beep for over a hour. The free breakfast was coffee and two cereal containers and a table with 8 chairs. No water, and the utensil bins...

"Room carpet was torn up, wife tripped on it. Phones didn't work. Even messaged front desk with zero answer. No crib or pack and play as advertised. Even i asked i got laughed at."
