"We loved our stay here. Great views from the 30th floor apartment. My son stayed on a comfortable blow-up bed and I took the king size bed. Jim was very helpful with requests to set up tours and helped us navigate going to a local soccer game. Angelica was so helpful in any need and request we had throughout the trip. "This hotel was very clean. There are three restaurants in it. The food was excellent. I had to call the housekeeping staff several times to get a laundry bag. I had to call Reception to get the hand soap and shower gel replaced when both obviously needed a refill. "

We paid extra for the premier car but the first car to the hotel was decrepit, and the second car to the airport turned up late and had other passengers.- it was supposed to be a private transfer.
