The hotel is conveniently located steps from the El Carmen Metro Station. This made it convenient for short term stays in the city, as it only cost 80 cents to travel from Tocumen Airport. The trip took about an hour via the very modern metro system, and brings you to the heart of the city. There are many shops, markets, and restaurants within walking distance. The room was comfortable, with good A/C cooling. Will stay here again for future travels to the Caribbean and South America, instead of flying via US connection hubs.

This location needs a lot of work, from the shower being clogged, towels are worn out to the point of threading and they barely fit around the body. The hallway was dirty and the place smelled musky. I do like the location close to a lot of things very easy to move around. But they need to do alot to upgrade this place

The hotel staff was friendly, however when i got the room it was very dusty and there was a smell . Also the hotel needs some slight renovations, there was a leak in my room there seemed to be mold in the bathroom ceeling the shower head is discoloured from the water and the window was extremly dirty on the outside I could hardly see through it. I like the area it was located in and i loved the amenities.

Hotel was very nice. Great amenities. I liked that they had a restaurant onsite. Lots of food places nearby that you could walk to. Subway stop also just a few blocks away. I didn't like that they did not have my friends reservation and he had to pay a 2nd time. Working on a refund for that.

there were only two issues, first was the check-in, i arrived a little passed midnight and it was only me and my partner checking in, however, it took over half an hour, which is really unacceptable. the other issue was the sheets, there was only one per bed, no covers, no duvet, just one sheet per bed. Other than that, the hotel was clean, it smelled nice, the beds were comfortable and everything was quiet.

Upon arrival, the front desk person was super friendly, helpful, and pleasant. This location, in its prime, must have been amazing. It's still pretty decent, but the vents in the room can really use a cleaning. Other than that, I would stay again.

The picture on Expedia for this property is the restaurant, not the co-living kitchen! That's misleading. There are no utensils in the shared kitchen and you couldn't even borrow utensils from the restaurant pictured. Apparently we need to bring knives and folks on the plane? Yeah, so this place is really for non-flyers? The advertised air fryer has a broken handle, the front desk guys are the most unhospistable staff I have ever encountered. They might be better doing other jobs? The elevator displays the wrong floor numbers at times and would get stuck (!) The room has a weird smell and asking to be moved invoked a nasty response. It's too bad, the upstairs shared kitchen has four great refrigerators but the countertops are gross, worn out and often greasy. The place has so much potential. The location is great but it seems the staff have "checked out"? Fortunately, I met a lot of great people in Panama, so I know it's not a systemic issue with the city or country. It was time to move on...

It’s a NO for me

Not the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. Not even one blanket in the room and reception told me they ran out. One elevator broken which made going up and down a real pain. Manager attempted to come into the room while I was in bed due to the person checking me in not taking my credit card information. WHY NOT USE THE PHONE TO ASK ME TO COME DOWN TO RECEPTION?? Highly unprofessional behavior. The location is great. The WiFi worked. Do not include breakfast as there are excellent options very close. Overall, it felt very mismanaged, as if the staff don’t communicate with one another. Having hotel staff enter my room is a first class NO-NO! I suspect he would have come in if I wasn’t there. It’s budget friendly, but I’ll never stay here again. Too many options in the same area.

It was an inexpensive hotel but not very convenient parking unless you happen to get one of the maybe dozen parking spaces available next to the hotel. Not that i am handicapped but there were 3 handicapped spaces taken by those not handicapped & even taxis. The staff (cleaning & front desk) were very friendly & accommodating!! While there were several microwaves & electric burners which to use to cook (including some pots & pans, frying pans, & plates on which to eat), there was only 1 large metal spoon utensil..no other utensils to eat with, however, there were wooden utensils - spoons & spatulas with which to stir/cook your food. I would recommend this hotel & stay there again!
