"Trovare l'appartamento non è proprio banalissimo, prendere la chiave dentro al lucchetto con il codice, ancora meno banale. Tutto però è andato a buon fine e siamo entrati in casa. Appartamento ben attrezzato secondo le aspettative...piccola negatività per altro già segnalata: il cavatappi rotto e noi abbiamo dovuto chiederlo a un vicino per aprire la bottiglia di vino. Ottima vacanza trascorsa."

"Excellent location. Clean and easy. Good grocery stores and restaurants in the area, even a small dog park. The market, the harbor and the old town are within walking distance. I also recommend visiting other towns in the area, such as Pellaggio. The apartment is as described, beautiful, but for example the coffee tables in the living room are impractical, the teacup does not stay upright, let alone the wine glass. "Arrived and text the hotel who arranged a time to pick us up in the shuttle bus from the ferry. A warm welcome accompanied by a complementary drink with the most fantastic views of Lake Como. We enjoyed a meal on the evening which was very enjoyable sat on the terrace. Our room had two balconies with far reaching views over the lake where we enjoyed the complementary coffees after the breakfast and a final shuttle into town for our next stop. Really enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again."

"Room was very clean and nice to stay in. We received an upgraded room on check-in, and the views of the lake from this room were wonderful. I am not sure what we would have had if not for the upgrade. Staff were friendly and helpful. The A/C worked great and was really needed for us, who were not accustomed to the heat and humidity. Parking would have been great if we brought a car. Instead, we chose to drop it off in Milan and take other transport to Como and then up to Bellagio. The kitchen was very handy and useful when we chose to use it. There were local markets close by to buy food and cook it for meals in the room. This saved us quite a bit of money. The only complaint I had was about possible usage of the associated resort facilities. The large resort next door had its name all over the residence we stayed in and it would have been nice to be able to use the resort pools or beachfront, even if for a daily fee. But I was told we could not, the following day after I booked the stay. All in all a great stay. Everything you would need is a short walk away, restaurants and shops. The exception is for the public beach, which was about 20-30 min walk and the shoreline was not bare foot friendly. We did make the trek, once, and enjoyed the refreshing swim at the beach."

"Loved this hotel. I just had wanted to swim in the lake and when I went on the stone steps to go into the lake I fell due to a slimy substance being all over the stairs that you could not see. I was lucky i only hurt my back and arms and didn’t hit my head. This area needs to be roped off so no one gets killed on these steps."

"Our room was super clean, cute, and was located in a good spot. Breakfast was also great as well! The only slight thing I didn’t like was the bed was kind of hard. I’m a small person so if it’s firm it’s just not comfortable to me, but otherwise it was great and I’d definitely stay again!"

"The hotel was everything we were hoping for. The location was fantastic being right in the middle of Old Bellagio, which enabled us to go back to it anytime without a long walk. I can not say enough good things about the staff. Michael and his team were just great in every way. The morning breakfast was great, and offered you a very nice choice of pastries, eggs, bacon and assorted fruits and yogurts. There is no question if we ever go back we will stay there."
