  • This home is only a mile from the Bellaire Village limit, but literally next door to almost 800 Acres of woods and 31.5 miles of hiking/biking/cross-country skiing/snowshoeing trails at Glacial Hills Trails.

    It's less than 5 minutes to downtown Bellaire and Short's Brewery, the Bellaire Theatre, or any number of other local establishments. Less than 10 minutes to Shanty Creek Resorts for golfing, skiing, fitness center, etc. or to Bellaire Lake or Torch Lake.

    If you're looking to spend some time in the Bellaire area, this home is ideally located in the center of it all, yet surrounded by hundreds of acres of natural beauty and privacy!
