"Pros: L'host è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. La posizione della casa è un po' isolata ma questo permette di avere una vista stupenda sul lago e di godere di una tranquillità senza eguali. I servizi offerti sono davvero completi e ti permettono di fare praticamente tutto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene."

"Our room overlooks the mountains, but the view you can admire from the terrace is truly fantastic.We went to visit the nearby castle and it was truly fantastic to walk through the woods to reach it.We will definitely return in the summer to do some excursions on the lake.A greeting to the hosts who have always been available and kind.See you soonMarco"

"Good value for money and friendly host. I would give it 3.5 stars. The property has a lovely garden and view of the lake but best suits someone with a car as there is a limited bus timetable to and from Varenna and is not suitable for walking. We travelled in October so perhaps there may be better transport options in the summer months. The room had everything we needed but could do with some updating."

"Nous avons passé un très agreable séjour.La maison est agréable à vivre.La vue est tès belle.Une suggestion installer une table exterieure pour dejeuner et un petit salon près de la cuisine .L 'acces au jardin et à la terrasse couverte n est pas facile lorsque les bras sont chargés."

"Très bien. Bonne situation même si route de montagne étroite pour atteindre la maison. Magnifique maison avec vue superbe. Équipement complètement adapté à 10 personnes. (Machine à laver à demander à la propriétaire, serait plus flexible dans la maison)."

"Plenty of room for everyone and stunning views of Lake Como! We enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a day of exploring Varenna and Menaggio. Comfortable beds, and Cinzia was a delight to work with! She provided restaurant recommendations and reservations for us. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! "This is my favorite hotel in all of Bellagio. It’s affordable and amazing. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and the best breakfast view ever. The rooms are perfect. Ours had a balcony and side view of lake Como. Perfect place to start your morning with a cup of coffee or end your night with a glass of wine. Bus stops literally out in front of hotel for easy access to Como or to downtown Bellagio. It’s also an easy 15 minute safe walk to town. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s were we always stay when traveling to Bellagio. "
