"Hotel Fiesta was great. The cute receptionist with the curly hair was very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed to know where the best sushi in town was and she pointed me in the right direction. She didn't disappoint because the sushi was great! The hotel is close to the bay where the shops, restaurants and water taxis are located which made our stay very convenient. The pool was a highlight for my daughter as well. Steps away from the lagoon and close to the check in for Tortuga Bay if you choose to walk there. I didn't get to do everything I wanted to in the Galapagos but I can say I would definitely stay here again and I hope to be back soon. "

"Wonderful, magical space. Piqueros: Perfect room for our extended stay with two kids-10yo daughter and 13yo son. The owners are amazing. Connected us to a tour company to plan our stay before we arrived. The owners arranged our airport picks-tour of the highlands/turtles on the way in. The driver delivered our bags while we feasted, learned about the turtles and explored the highlands. Totally recommend. The breakfast were fresh and wonderful. Two block walk to all the restaurants and very close to port-completely recommend! "

"Check in was quick and easy. Staff are super helpful and informative. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are clean and quite spacious. There is construction right outside the front door but there are walkways around it. They were super thoughtful and prepared a box meal for my dad who went on a day excursion. The meal was generous in both choice and quantity. It’s walking distance to many areas. They gift you two free water bottles and two reusable bags. Honestly this hotel is quite the gem. They recommended great restaurants and tour operators. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to Santa Cruz island. "

"Highland area which is colder. The town area is better for food option and transportation. However the staff is very helpful."

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. The outdoor areas are absolutely lovely. However, I had booked a balcony room (which had a great view for sure) but it did not have a hammock as advertised and the noise from the wind coming in around the patio doors every night did not allow for restful sleeping. We would absolutely stay here again, but would not pay extra for a balcony room."
