"It was the most amazing stay. The property location was perfectly convenient to the Quarter, many nearby restaurants, and the WW2 museum. My loft was GORGEOUS. I can’t wait to stay again."

"Overall our unit was really nice, but there are a few areas that need improvement: -the pool was not clean -carelessly repaired (non working lights and a fixture falling down) -front entrance door really loud/can hear it slamming -other units partying -check in was not as simple as I would have liked"

"The Host was Super responsive!! There are directions all over the house to guide you on how to use things. The rooms are plush and nice, it is like staying at your home in another state. The items in the kitchen came in handy and it was everything you needed for a getaway. The house was clean, plenty of linen, and towels. The best part about it, I was able to wash my clothes before I came home."

"Wasn’t able to find password for wifi or key fob. Shower half way worked and clothes were in the dryer literally from 10pm until close to check out neither load got dry. Had to take wet clothes on the plane."

"Great location! The property manger was so attentive and made wonderful recommendations for things to do. Loved the free wheelin bike tour! The location is steps from everything in the quarter. Definitely could hear the loud music at night, but that’s totally worth it for the location and the well kept place! Very happy with everything about our stay."

"Louis was an amazing host. Answered all of my questions promptly. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all of the basic necessities. Restaurants, cafes and shops outside your door. It was convenient since I went to a Tulane graduation. My daughters gave it a 👍 also. The steps are a bit steep so wouldn’t recommend for handicap or elderly."

"The apartment was nice. Great location. The only issue we had was the remote control for the living room wasn’t working properly. Probably an easy fix. Also, when you’re staying in the French Quarter, WHAT ARE YOU DOING WATCHING TV?? Once again nice, clean, cute place. I would stay again and I do recommend."

"Can’t say enough about this place. It was fabulous bigger than expected. Super clean and tidy the host lives on site saw her twice was friendly, but not impeding on our time. The location was fabulous. We took the street car into Bourbon Street so we didn’t have to pay for downtown. Parking bed was super comfortable was nice to have a kitchen so we could make breakfast each day. "Adorable little shotgun house in a quiet neighborhood! Spacious rooms, high ceilings, full kitchen with dining table, laundry room, covered front porch, and even a secluded little back yard. "If i could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT STAY HERE. if I could attach pictures I would. I communicated with the host before check in that I would be arriving at 1pm into NOLA and asked if we could check in early he responded 2pm. That was perfect for our time schedule. "Stayed here in Marigny for first w/e of Jazz Fest. Location was fabulous. Short easy walk to French Quarter and just a couple blocks from Frenchmen Street. Place was clean and felt very safe. Our host, Dee, could not have been more accomodating. Met us on arrival and explained everything. Helped with suggestions for dining and even arranged our return cab trip to airport. Lovely host!!"

"We liked how large the rooms were. Everything was fully stocked which was nice. The kitchen knives were terribly dull which was annoying but not the end of the world. The only pan in the apartment was an old nonstick pan which was all scratched and flaking off which is toxic so we had to make everything in a pot.
