"The rooms are nice with full kitchen taking up a huge amount of the space of the room. A full OVEN and Dishwasher!! I wonder who is going to do a full turkey dinner while at the hotel. The hallways were quite filthy. The room was clean but there is NO housekeeping so expect to clean your own room! The most ridiculous thing is you can't get a cup of coffee or a drink. There are no drink machines either. The staff was nice. Which hotel doesn't even have a small shop where you can buy drinks or even water? The room locked are coded so you havr to read a list of numbers and punch them into a small key paf outside your door. Highly inconvenient and downright stupid. I won't be staying at this hotel nor its other properties becuase its very obvious the idiots they hired know NOTHING about what guests need to be comfortable."

"Confirmed with the staff on check-in about having a restaurant open in the evening. Went down for dinner was told there was no food delivery therefore the restaurant was not open. Asked to speak to a manager. Was told that there wouldn’t be anybody in until noon the next day, which is after checkout. Don’t trust them they charge $30 a night for parking on top of your hotel fee. Go somewhere else. It’s not worth it."

"There was a gas leak when I stayed there. I smelled gas when I walked out of the room but no one mentioned anything. I found out when I was at the restaurant that evening. My nephew and I went to have dinner at the restaurant before a show and ordered off the happy hour menu-tacos, chips and salsa and a chicken sandwich. After waiting 30 minutes and still nothing-not even the chips and salsa, I asked and the guy who was in training and took our order said we were up next. After 20 more minutes I asked again and said we had a show to attend. We finally got our food. They brought the check and as we were almost finished they said oh do you still want the chips and salsa. Poor service!"
