Clean comfortable modern hotel with everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, quality sheets and bath products. Great location for exploring the 12 south neighborhood and visiting Belmont u. We loved it. Breakfast pastries from local bakery in the morning and quality coffee in the lobby on top of the nespresso in the room were a great touch. The courtyard is beautiful. Love the concept of The Gilmore almost being like a timeshare with amenities and services throughout your stay. Each unit (our group was in a 2-bedroom and 4-bedroom) was clean, well laid out, bright, and well-appointed. We also loved the area. It was nice to be away from the downtown strip—but only a 10-minute Uber ride away.
