This back unit is very tight, my suggestion for the owner is to remove some of the Knick knacks - the space is so tight, it was hard to move around with such big furniture and stuff. "A lovely bayside property in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Owners have seen to it that cottage is well stocked with sufficient linens & kitchen gear. The yard is lovely as well.The Views from the wrap around back deck are majestic. We will try to return in the future."

"Our stay at this cottage was very nice. The place was well stocked, and everything worked relatively well. The location can't be beat for the scenic value. Located on a peninsula with the ability to see the water on both sides of the cottage. We were visiting for a wedding and the location was close to every venue we needed to visit. The only downside was the size of the second bedroom. Two people could not be in the bedroom at the same time to dress. You had to take turns dressing. Access to...

"The cabin is really cute and setup so nicely for cooking. I appreciated having 2 bathrooms and the stack of games. And you could just sit and look out the big windows allll day long!! (And the stars at night)"

"The furniture was very minimal and not comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but missing things like potato peelers etc. The house is on a main road so can be very noisy. Our first encounter was that the door codes did not work. We called several numbers to get the property manager who accused us of breaking into the home. Some serious miscommunications between the local and national companies."

"This little cottage was perfect for my daughter and me. It was immaculate, and stocked with everything we needed ( including a bottle of wine). The hosts were exceptional and very responsive if we had questions or needed recommendations. It’s in a quiet rural setting, but Newport, Providence and Fall River are a short drive. There’s also a nice beach 15 minutes away. I highly recommend this cottage for a quiet getaway with lots of options for exploring."

"Rented place for my groomsman for my wedding weekend, house and location are great, lots of room to enjoy the day and was close to all the venues we needed to get to to, weekend was incredible. Just remember to buy fans as the upstairs does get pretty hot in the summer time, house has crank windows that don’t fit ac’s. We managed just fine and it was fantastic."
