After a complete renovation, this trendy apartment in the heart of downtown is finally ready for you.
One block from Main Street and two blocks from Talleyrand Park's waterfront, there are a lot of great restaurants and neat little shops nearby.
It's an easy 15 minute drive to downtown State College and Beaver Stadium.

Featured as one of Bellefonte's most historic buildings on the Bellefonte Historic Walking Tour and tastefully decorated to delight the heart of every Nittany Lion fan.
Premium mattresses, Comforters, sheets, and pillows plus towels and toiletries provided along with an iron and a steamer.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 has 2 TwinXL beds
I can also add a high-end inflatable bed in the living room.

Weekend stay

There was awesome communication from the owners, check in/out was great, couldn’t ask for a better location. It is a very nice, cozy apartment with all the amenities one could need. We had a great time.

A charming apartment in an excellent location with all of the comforts of home provided for- Bob was very responsive and friendly and made check-in and out a breeze. Would definitely recommend!

Concert get away

We went to a concert at Bryce Jordan center. Checked into house then walked for dinner. Drove to concert then back to house. Next morning walked around town and had breakfast. It was a great location and perfect size for an over night

Clean with lots of thoughtful amenities

This was a great place to stay close to State college but in a quieter location close to a beautiful park. Many food options within walking distance. The apartment accommodated our 4 adult family easily. It was very clean and there were many thoughtful amenities that allowed for all the comforts of home.

Great Stay-cation

I was between leases when I stayed in this Vrbo. I typically stay in State College, so spending sometime in downtown Bellefonte (which is gorgeous) was a nice change of pace. The unit itself was very well decorated and there were plenty of amenities to cook and be comfortable and feel more at home. Definitely a nice stay and gave me a break from the craziness of a collegetown.

Apartment is clean and nicely decorated!! I Beds are super comfortable. The only suggestion would be to put ceiling fans or even regular fans to circulate the air around in the bedrooms

Weekend Trip

The property was so cute, decked out in Penn State stuff. Recently renovated and modern. Perfect for a couple days. 30 second walk to the main strip, lots of restaurants around. Hosts messaged us about key spots around town to visit and things to do. Coffee machine 10/10. Everything was wonderful, just wish they had an ironing board, I know weird request from a 25 year old. But overall awesome stay, awesome hosts, awesome location for the price!

Perfect for Penn State fan

The apartment is located in a great location near coffee shops, the waterfront and with plenty of parking. The communications were very clear. The apartment is super comfortable and cute with a lot of Penn State memorabilia. The kitchen is well equipped and very modern. The owner provided a lot of extras like shampoo, lotion, and hair conditioner and there was a convenient magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Plenty of pillows and towels. We would stay there again.

Great place!

Lovely PennState themed apartment, all of the amenities. It took us about 15 minutes to get to state college using Uber on the Friday night before the Ohio State game which wasn’t bad at all. It did take longer on game day though so if you are there for a big game plan accordingly. The apartment was clean and they were well stocked with hygiene items if you forgot anything. Communication was great. Would definately recommend!

A hotel level stay in a historical building

I was pleasantly surprised to find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make-up wipes, a hair dryer, numerous blankets and pillows. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee, cooking oil, plates, cups, silverware and more. The apartment is conveniently located. We could walk almost everywhere we needed. The couch and beds were very comfy. The building is a little difficult to find in the dark, but once you find it it's very convenient to get in and out. We had no problem with parking. We had one minor issue with the electrical as it is an old building. It was fixed in less than 5 minutes. We will stay again!

We stayed here for the night before freshman college dropoff and the night after. It was about a 10/15 min drive to campus and soooo easy. Cute town to walk around and great restaurants nearby. Our pup stayed with us and it was great! Communication was excellent, the place is ADORABLE! Beds are comfy, super clean, the coffee bar is amazing and it was great!!!!!
