After a renovation, this fun and comfortable third floor apartment is finally ready for you.
One block from Main Street. Featured as one of Bellefonte's most historic buildings on the Historic Walking Tour…(so it’s not perfect looking and new)
There is ONSITE PARKING for 1 car behind the building plus free parking on the street on evenings and Sundays
Premium mattresses, Comforters, sheets, and pillows.Towels and toiletries provided.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed and 2 TwinXLs
Bedroom 2 has 2 TwinXLs
Ms. PacMan Arcade game
KEURIG with Latte option
Roku TV, Cable with Disney, Apple TV, Hulu, etc
This is a large two bedroom, third floor apartment.
It has been renovated and is clean and comfortable with tons of classic board games, a Ms Pac-Man arcade game and other cool stuff.
PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is not new, it's 150 years old so everything is not shiny and new..like the trim and some of the walls, for example.
I'm also in the process of renovating the lobby and stairways so they are still original:) There is also no elevator in the building.
Located in downtown Bellefonte. One block from Main Street, two blocks from Talleyrand Park. There are a lot of great restaurants and neat little shops nearby.
Remember it’s a third floor apartment you access via the stairs. It's an easy drive to downtown State College (about 18 minutes) and Beaver Stadium (just 15 minutes away in non-game day traffic!)

Location is perfect close to everything bellefonte has to offer. Overall very nice place to stay just needs little bit of updating. Very large considering it's age just needs a little bit of updating to be perfect.

Spacious , comfortable accommodations in downtown Bellefonte

I loved the 3rd floor flat; it was truly a home away from home. It was very clean and quiet with comfy beds; plus convenient access to Bellefonte restaurants and interesting little shops. The apartment was full of games and fun items which would be delightful for families with children and/or teens. I could not think of a better place to occupy kids plus it is a block from a beautiful park.

Home away from home

The condo was very spacious and comfortable. Loved the kitchen with its Keurig plus it was nicely stocked with supplies such as olive oil, spices and snacks. I stayed there with my carpenter son who is preparing his home 2.5 miles down the road for sale. It was well worth the expense to have a nice place in which to relax. Thanks, Bob and Jess, for such nice accommodations and service.

Cute Retro Apartment

Bob's awesome retro apartment was the perfect spot for our quick getaway to Happy Valley. All of us (ages 8 through 70) loved the multitude of games, cool decorations, and extremely comfortable beds. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed and the responsiveness of the host was fantastic. We really enjoyed the location as it gave us the opportunity to walk just down the street to a cute cafe and beautiful park. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Fun night with the kids

Stayed a night in Bellefonte with my mom and the kids (tweens and teen). Good location. We really enjoyed walking to restaurants, church, and to the park. The vibe of the place was fun. The kids especially enjoyed the games and TV room. Coordination and communication all went well. Thanks a lot!

Great Apartment

We stayed in the Retro unit last year when my son graduated from Penn State and had a great experience so this year we opted to stay in his “stylish getaway” unit and we liked it even more than the retro unit! the apartment is spacious, charming, comfortable, nicely decorated and stocked with snacks and a nice coffee bar setup. The bedding was top notch in the master bedroom and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The location is perfect- centrally located in charming Bellafonte- . easy drive to penn state, walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants and parks..perfect place to stay for graduation or one of the home games! Jess was great to work with as well and even stoppped by with cinnamon buns while we were there!!highly recommend!!!!

Nice comfortable stay for group of friends

We are a group of friends that travel to the State College area annually for a football game. We chose this location because it’s fairly close to the stadium (about 15 minutes). Also because it is in a small town as opposed to the places we’ve been staying which are more remote. The apartment is in an old building as described but the unit itself has been entirely renovated. There was plenty of room for 6 of us to stay comfortably. It was very clean, the kitchen was fully equipped, though we mainly ate at restaurants. Decorations were quite remarkable - I typically don’t really notice or even care personally, but I really enjoyed seeing all the items, especially all the games and other memorabilia from my youth! I would definitely return in the future!

We stayed here for our son’s college graduation from Penn State. It was super easy to commute to and from State College (about an 18 minute drive) and the location in Bellafonte is perfect- easy walk into town, restaurants, and the beautiful park close by. the property itself is in a big old Victorian building located on the upper floor. we were surprised at how spacious it was: two large bedrooms and a large den/ sitting room in addition to the large eat in kitchen and entry. the owner includes so many interesting and and fun retro touches all over the property which added to the allure of the place. we also appreciated the owners attention to details like stocking the kitchen with many different coffees, creamers, snacks, drinks and even official Creamery ice cream! the bathroom included plenty of towels, very good shampoo and conditioner and the bedrooms included plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Finally, the owner made the whole process very easy with regular communication, easy check in process and lots of good advice for activities and dining. The whole stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. we woujd highly recommend and would stay again.
