"I liked the room. The couch/bed is very uncomfortable for watching TV. I had to use one of the pillows to create a comfortable spot. The cleaning product used to clean the tile floors created a very sticky feel for my feet. But I do like that the TV is in front of the couch. They did not provide an extra blanket in the room. Liked that they provided towels at the pool. They had pancakes at breakfast but I am a waffle fan. My husband liked that they had turkey bacon at breakfast as an alternative to hoof meats. We will go back but can tweak the negatives for a better stay. My key cards kept failing and was additional inconvenience to replace them but not a terrible thing. The location is very convenient for our needs. Planning another stay soon"

"Damn, this place is beat. Rough looking stains in the halls and the rooms. Broken chairs. Dirty windows. Loose tiles. Too their credit; the staff was efficient and the bed was clean. Nothing else about this place is acceptable, unless you're a poor like me."

"I stay in 80 hotels a year and this was the worst hotel I have ever seen. Garbage outside all over the parking lot and poorly maintained grounds. If you want to check in after 10:00 pm, you have to call a separate number and ask for someone to come to the desk. I was third in line to check in and we all called repeatedly before someone came 20 minutes later. The worst part, they added a $10 "housekeeping" charge to the bill before you check in even though had paid in full on Cheaptickets site. I am shocked that Cheaptickets has such a terrible hotel on their list."

"The hotel and our room was very clean. Housekeeping was very nice. I would suggest asking for a room a distance from an exterior door to the parking lot as the door was quite loud when it shut. Also, our room had only one large towel for two people. Typically, even for one person, there are at least two towels."

"I was told when I made the reservation that the cost of having my 14 pound dog would be $100 with a $20 cleaning fee. I was charged $130 for the dog and another $20 for what I don’t know. So the total cost of me and my dog was over $300. That’s price gouging at its worst. I guess you can charge whatever you want, but I won’t be back."

"Toilet was too low to the floor, very hard to sit down and trying to get up. Electrical outlet by was burnt as if something got hot. Friends that stayed down the hallway from us, tv wouldn’t work because apparently someone stolen the hdmi cable. They told front desk about it and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. He asked if they could get one from another room and told him that no rooms were unoccupied."
