The safe was broken, only ONE little towel in the bathroom - the television only worked in some few channels (no main channels) - the balcony door didn’t close. When I complained and asked for a discount I was told to contact Expedia, because they don’t get paid after my Stay. This was the most frustrating stay and I will never recommend this Steigenberger Hotel in Bad Pyrmont to anybody. I am staying most of the time in different Steigenberger Hotels during my business travels and was always happy and content- but these 2 last trips in Bad Pyrmont were miserable!"
