"We enjoyed an excellent stay at ROW NYC. The location can't be beat for anyone attending theater on Broadway. It is literally around the corner from the major theaters, and the hotel is astonishingly quiet for the location. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We were surprised there wasn't a desk in the room. The only other criticism is the bizarre system for calling the elevators that involves two different sets of buttons you have to push."

"Excellent location, rooms a bit dated but the location makes up for it. Tik tok diner is part of the hotel and that was brilliant for breakfast, food and drinks. Overall a great stay."

"Couldn’t have stayed closer to time square for anywhere near the price we paid! It’s a little older hotel but well maintained. We’re from Texas so we’ve got high standards for what counts as air conditioning lol. Room eventually got cool enough in the evenings but struggled to keep up in the daylight, especially if the curtains were open. Other than that, super close walking distance to many time square stores, subway entrances and many food options! Would stay here again…. Maybe just not in the heat of summer!"

"Staff was very accommodating and attentive. Because of the homeless issues in the area the entry patio can be a little less than desirable but overall the hotel was great and very clean. I would recommend."
