About this property

Lakefront home on 1.6 acres

  • This 1941 built home has all been updated and now has city water. With newer kitchen and granite counters, new carpeting. Hardwood on main floor, 4 bedrooms, 3 up and a single on the main floor. 2 bathrooms . 1 up and 1 down. All appliances are new as well as the washer and dryer. A boat dock has been added on the water with all new stairs down to the dock. Belleville lake is mostly a boating lake. No Beach. This lot has a sandy bottom. Steep incline to the water. Not good for toddlers. Rental boats are available on the lake. Nearby is Metro Park with water slides and lazy river swimming.
