"This was a nice rental for our family trip to Detroit. It had all the things we needed-full kitchen with dishes, laundry, bathrooms as well as central air (we stayed in June 2023). It’s a historic house, so it has a different feel than a modern house, but it had all the amenities that were needed. "This was a wonderful stay, we visited the University of Michigan for a visit and dance team clinic. The location was perfect close to everything, shops, restaurants, and bars. The property was clean and comfortable and Dina the host was responsive and helpful. Coming back in my next stay at Ann Arbor"

"We were there for UofM graduation and this house was a great place to stay without being in Ann Arbor. There was plenty of room for all of us. My only complaint is that the house seems to be in process of getting some improvements that are much needed. Things like paint, fixtures, some small holes in the walls were definitely due to be fixed or replaced. It was clean overall."
