"Honestly, it was clean and safe, but staff is absolutely terrible and rude. So weigh your options, don’t expect any decent customer service here. Staff is completely unorganized and doesn’t care. Also if you are 2 hours late to check in due to a flight delay, they will keep your money and give your room away."
