"Very dirty and rooms are terrible. Pictures online look much better than the property actually is. Switched to multiple different rooms and all of them had problems. One with leaks and mold, TV not working in another, doors not closing etc. Terrible smell in rooms as well."

"Instructions started with code then main floor. Tried a few doors then reached out to host. She responded, reread the instructions. Obviously, not the first to ask this. Our fault, but not a great intro. May need to move where the entry is to the 1st paragraph. Plumbing issues in bathroom: leak, slow drain and handle not secured. With every flush the kitchen sink gurguled. It was comfortable and priced right."

"Everything was great. I actually was confused about my checkout day and missed my checkout. The owner went in, packed up all my belongings nicely and kept them at her house where I could go pick them up later. she really went above and beyond."

"Parking in the garage made things so easy, the unit was as presented--very comfortable, clean and relaxing to be in while we were there. Our stay was short, so we didn't use the laundry, but for an extended stay or for one that included lots of outdoor activity, the laundry would be a big plus. The Belmar area has lots of great stores and restaurants, and our trip to Red Rocks was a highlight. Great area, nice place to be while there."
