"The room was clean and was well supplied. However, the property was very tired and unkempt in the hallways and the elevators. The front desk was less than cheerful. The Valet were nice and prompt."

"This hotel was such a blessing to our family for a spur of the moment 2 night stay. Right on the Riverwalk with was absolutely stunning at night. The room we had with beautiful sky line views of the city and the Riverwalk. As a family of 5 it was the perfect size for us. Every staff member I came in contact with were so sweet and made it feel like home. The breakfast, kick back and dinner WOW! Amazing. We will be back for sure. Now I’m looking for Drury Plaza for every state we visit, hoping to have the same experience."

"The staff was kind and welcoming. Clean hotel. The room was great. The feel was very pleasant with the historic under tones. The displays of history were great to look at. Some much to take in. The river walk is foot steps away. "

"Showed up at 7 pm, looked like the property was closed. The office wasn’t staffed, walked around and couldn’t find anyone, there was only 1 car in the whole parking lot. I had to go to the hotel next door to inquire about another room, I told her I had a reservation next door but nobody was there, she then makes a phone call and says the office person will be back in a few minutes. I’m pretty sure she was sleeping because she was immediately there and looked disheveled. The whole thing was so bizarre, only one other person staying in the entire hotel, they’re clearly going out of business. Then there was a car circling the parking lot most likely waiting for us to leave so they could break into our car. The room smelled like smoke and had bugs on the floor. I would recommend spending a little extra money to stay someplace safer that is actually staffed."

"We had to move from 2 rooms First room was damp and smelt musty and had a definite water issue Then had to move from the second room of our nine nights stay because of flooding issues in the bathroom from the above apartment The hotel charge for parking at a very exuberant rate of 60 dollars per night The restaurant was very nice and our waiter Francisco made our stay very enjoyable with his gracious personality The hotel on the whole was very nice but I don’t think I would return"

"No alarm clock, tissues, cups, towels old and thin, toilet seat ready to fall off, no blanket on bed just sheet and thin thin spread. Came in to take towels and left bed unmade, next day bed made but no towels. Very very basic. Would not stay again"
