profissionais educados, prestativos, quarto limpo, confortável. Tudo ótimo. Unica observação a se fazer, é que o andar em que eu estava talvez fosse para fumantes, pois tinha cheiro forte de cigarro e eu não fumo. Isso incomodou um pouco, mas o cheiro apenas no corredor, no quarto não!!

Hotel bem localizado, equipe atenciosa e educada. A acomodação deixou muito a desejar. Mobiliário antigo, enxoval muito “surrado”, banheiro precisando urgente de uma reforma. O café da manhã era bem servido, mas realmente não foi o suficiente para tirar a impressão de que o hotel precisa de uma intervenção arquitetônica.

Quarto Conjugado

O principal ponto que me desagradou foi que o quarto era conjugado. Havia uma porta para o quarto ao lado, que estava trancada. Mas havia um hóspede lá, tanto é que eu ouvia as suas ligações telefônicas, televisão e até seus roncos. Pelas fotos do site não era possível ver essa porta. Não tive privacidade e nem silêncio. Outros problemas: o exaustor do banheiro não estava funcionando, o cofre estava sem pilha, não havia cobertor, o leitor do cartão da porta do quarto falhava toda hora, era preciso tentar umas 5 vezes até conseguir liberar a porta, a maioria das tomadas está no padrão antigo e não suportam 3 pinos, o assento sanitário era menor que a bacia.

Boa localização. Quartos espaçosos e completos. Wifi rápida e estável. Janela grande e com vistas de BH. Tem Piscina, acedemia e sauna. Café da manhã bem completo e room-service rápido. Pontos de melhora : luzes brancas do hall e banheiro não são adequadas, e isolamento acústico deixa um pouco a desejar. Tinha vizinhos animados.

Quartos velhos e com pouca manutenção. Durante toda a estadia, tive problemas para abrir a porta do quarto. Lençóis e toalhas de baixa qualidade e manchados. Em uma noite tive que chamar tele para conseguir jantar, pois eram mais de 23h e o serviço de quarto não atendia. Os funcionários da recepção são muito educados, mas infelizmente isso não resolve os problemas na hospedagem.
