I do not recommend this hotel. There's way better options around for same price or bit more expensive. The only good thing about this facility is the location. Very centered in Savassi one of the best neighborhoods in downtown Belo Horizonte. The staff clearly needs training, they do not know what they are doing.

Location can’t be better. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. I loved the fact that you can check in at noon. Room is basic( no coffee maker or microwave) but it does have a fridge. Tatiana at front desk is a very nice person.

Crumbling property. Very old fixtures. The room was mouldy, the Aircon was broken. The reception looks like a warzone as it's going through some refurbishment that wasn't advertised when I booked the room.

A estadia foi satisfatória, mas bastante básica, com um perfil mais voltado p/ viagens de trabalho, embora eu estivesse hospedada a lazer. O hotel atende ao essencial, porém alguns detalhes poderiam melhorar bastante a experiência. O café da manhã, que custa cerca de R$ 45 por pessoa, achei fraco pelo valor cobrado, com pouca variedade e custo-benefício abaixo do esperado. Além disso, a recepcionista não soube indicar boas padarias ou cafeterias na região, algo que seria útil para quem está visitando a cidade. No quarto, a iluminação fluorescente localizada em frente à cama é um ponto negativo, pois, mesmo apagada, continua emitindo claridade, o que atrapalha o sono. Tbém não havia cobertor disponível e, p/ 2 pessoas, apenas 2 toalhas de banho são insuficientes, já que toalhas extras são sempre úteis. Foi necessário solicitar um cobertor e toalhas adicionais e buscá-los pessoalmente na recepção. Seria interessante que a equipe já oferecesse essas opções no check-in ou, ao menos, informasse os hóspedes sobre a disponibilidade desses itens. Pouca flexibilidade para estender a estadia. Após as 13h há cobrança adicional, e acredito que, quando não houver outro hóspede reservado p/ o quarto, uma maior flexibilidade seria um diferencial em termos de hospitalidade. No geral, foi uma experiência sem grandes problemas, mas também sem grandes diferenciais. Uma hospedagem funcional, porém c/ oportunidades de melhoria em conforto, atendimento e foco na experiência do hospede.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. É a terceira vez que me hospedo nele. Só deixou a desejar no horário do café da manhã - início 6:30 (já é tarde), porém chegamos no restaurante dois dias às 6:30 e ainda estavam montando o café. Tivemos que ficar esperando.
