O hotel é lastimável. Fica na parte menos badalada da Pampulha. O quarto cheira cigarro de fato! Não trocam toalhas. Em quatro dias, me arrumaram dois microsabenetes que nem deu pra usar, porque fedem. Tive que comprar sabonete. Toalhas com data de 2023. Lençol rasgado. Coberta com cheiro de perfume (foi usado e não lavaram). Fora o rato que saiu da lagoa e ficou andando pela entrada do hotel. No café da manhã tinha ovo, café, leite, iogurte, chá, banana, pudim, pão, presunto, mussarela. Só isso! Paguei café da manhã em padaria todos os dias.

Só tenho a reclamar da cama que no site diz que é uma cama de casal e não duas camas de solteiro juntas. Ficou horrível, não consegui dormir direito, pois vc quer dormir agarradinho com sua amada e esse tipo de cama não te dá essas condições, acordei pela manhã com a minha cervical e lombar afetadas. Disseram que estão fazendo teste. A cama é boa para o casal que dorme separados

Razoável! Não havia toalha de rosto no banheiro! Café da manhã bem fraco! Hóspedes precisam pedir xícaras e pratos! Café fica frio, as vezes! Oferecem pão de queijo que acaba às 07:30h! Uma hora após a abertura do salão para o café! Me hospedei durante dois dias e não consegui comer!

Atendeu, foi boa!

Foi boa, me atendeu bem p a demanda. Como precisei trabalhar no quarto, a cadeira poderia ser melhor e ter mais tomadas proximo a mesa. E o que me incomodou foi terem cobrado R$ 30 de diaria do estacionamento, realmente nao vi isto no site no momento da reserva, falava q tinha estacionamento, mas nao observei q seria cobrado. Entao podem contar R$ 30,00 a mais na diaria. O café pode melhorar, o pao de queijo nao reflete a fama desta nossa iguaria mineira. Eu sou fiel ha varios hoteis no estado q me conquistaram pelo cafe da manhã, este nao seria o caso.

Hotel com potencial, mas mal aproveitado. 1 tomada no banheiro e 1 tomada para o frigobar, ou voce escolhe agua gelada ou carregar o celular e o pc. controle do ar nao funcionava, box sem blindex, com um rodo no banheiro , para o hospede evitar que a agua do box invada o quarto...achei util...cama confortavel. Cafe da manha simples, o queijo podia ser melhor..
