We loved the property, and the room , but the elevator was on hold for at least 20 minutes, they told us the roof top was priority as they had a private event, I felt like because we only paid for one night we weren’t important, other then this small issue the hotel is very unique , love the fact they have bottles of wine at the room and the LP player with real vinyl records is amazing ! I’m staying there for Christmas and new years celebrations!

This is a very beautiful hotel. I make it a point to compare every hotel I stay at, and this one stands out. Allowing two dogs free of charge is a great bonus. The area is beautiful, and the lighting throughout the hotel is excellent—especially helpful for people with low vision. The hotel is ADA accessible, and the staff all have great attitudes and provide excellent service. The lobby is truly five-star, and the room is fabulous. I would give this hotel 5 stars. The hallways are really nice and wide, something I haven't seen in a while. When I opened the door the room smelled really nice and fresh. The bed was comfortable, it was a sleep number bed so I could adjust it to my comfort level. Lots of pillows. In the bathroom there is a rain shower head as well as a regular one. Very friendly and helpful staff. When we went to our room, the window was open, and we were concerned about being on the first floor because the window did not seem to lock. The staff member said that our comfort was his priority and he would gladly move us to the second floor if we wished, but he accompanied me back to the room and showed me how the window closes, locks, and has an additional safety glass panel!
