"Carpets were sticky feeling/had stains, I could see parts of the dry wall coming off in the hall window after rain. None of the vending machines were filled (went to each floor to check). Fire alarm went off 4 times in one day, two of them happened after 11pm. Staff was willing to comp one night because of it but I have to go through Expedia to get it."

"Hotel charges for parking despite being located in a suburban area with a large parking lot. Shower had sand and dirt on bottom of tub. AC in room was very noisy."

"I did not like the way that the front desk staff operated . My key card was not working and I went to the front desk and told them about it and had to wait until after one hour with a six month old child who was hungry and tired , can’t find the override key to open the door . Thing should be in a box or somewhere where it can be easily accessible . I do hope that someone will address this problem"

"This is the third time I have stayed here. I love the old buildings and the location is perfect for what I like to do. It was also my longest stay, three nights. Housekeeping never made the bed or replaced the towels."

"The location was convenient. The room bathroom shower rod wasn’t properly installed so the shower curtain wouldn’t stay expanded. There was a cracked mirror on the closet door. The pet and parking fee was unexpected. The reception and kitchen staff weren’t as friendly as you would expect."
