"I would NOT stay here again, simply not worth the pain. Very poor customer service, poor management and being short staffed made my stay far less than enjoyable. I arrived with my family on a Monday evening after 5pm, and there was a long line up of guests waiting to check-in (which continued throughout the evening), with only one host at the front desk for this hotel of over 200 rooms! The host also had to deal with other issues from other patrons, making the wait take even longer to check-in....

"Horrible service waited hours for our room well beyond the check-in time. Would t provide new towels and told us we had to wait till they washed the ones we already had. Never cleaned our room once in the 4 days we were in the room"

Perhaps they were fully booked a had no other room available but it would have been nice to have been told. Room was ok but the mirror in the bathroom was lower to accommodate a wheel chair however very awkward for someone standing."
