The staff were helpful and friendly, and the lobby restaurant was great. Only complaint is the elevators, which were having some problems when we stayed causing two of three to go down, leaving only one operational. It wasn't a big deal for us, but it was an inconvenience for some people we met."

"This is my 3rd or 4th time staying at this hotel. I really enjoy the walkability downtown and to the River Market. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and a restaurant and full bar in-house- the breakfast bagel sandwich with bacon and aioli sauce is delicious! I prefer to order my coffee directly from the restaurant, it’s piping hot and they steam my half and half! The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the staff is especially friendly and welcoming. It’s not a “grand” hotel like Loews, but it’s quaint and I love its old-school vibe. "
