The gym did not have enough equipment. The room was average, and very humid it was very uncomfortable as far as the humidity. The room was very hard to cool off. The remote had residue on it and needs to be cleaned. Just overall a not so good experience.
Decent hotel and decent price. Clean and comfortable.

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. BUT the facility/maintenance itself was neglected. A lot of scuffs and chips and paint coming off of outside halls, walls and doors. Main central elevator was broken. Breakfast buffet was $10 per person and would have been OK but it was just barely warm. We have had many complementary breakfasts at other hotels that were much better. I overheard another person saying that when they entered the hallway area to their room they felt like they were in the basement of the Titanic! LOL That pretty well described it!
The facility smells terrible of chlorine, the lighting is so bad the place is dark and dungeony. The room was so depressing. Sticky floors, stale humid room, bed squeaked, poor insulation between rooms - I could hear everything and the room next to me was screaming at video games. Staff was nowhere to be found when I wanted help so i just left several days early and they wouldnt even refund or credit the days I didnt stay
Water for shower didn’t work properly. The air conditioning didn’t work and it was hot all night. Dirty towels left over in room.
Pool was great for kids though.
The AC was very poor and our room was uncomfortably hot. There was also a strong moldy odor. The hallway celling tiles had visible water damage and mold on them. When I informed the staff of the odor in our room we were only offered a room spray as a solution.
Plastic bed covers made for the sweatiest sleep of my life. Also the a/c unit didn’t work so it was humid and warm in our room. The bathroom was really small and difficult to maneuver in

Honest review of my stay-
I paid $541 for two nights specifically for a room with a Jacuzzi, and unfortunately the Jacuzzi did not work at all during my stay. Maintenance came and was very kind and tried to help, but the issue was never fixed. I was verbally told I would receive a refund or discount, but I never received anything. I paid the full amount upon arrival.
The room itself was very outdated and in poor condition. There were visible holes and wear inside the room, and it clearly needs major upgrades and renovation. That said, the room was very large and spacious, and it could actually be a really nice room if it were properly updated.
To be fair, a couple of the staff members were genuinely nice, especially maintenance. However, the front desk staff were not helpful when I tried to follow up about the refund. I was given the runaround and have not been able to reach anyone by email since checking out.
The main reason I booked this room was for the Jacuzzi, and not having it work — with no resolution or refund — was very disappointing. I would not have paid this price had I known the room was in this condition.
Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Hallway carpets could use a refresh but all other public areas were clean. Breakfast was good if limited. Hotel was sold out during our stay and had trouble keeping breakfast stocked. Pool towels ran out but front desk was super accommodating about giving out extra room towels. Only other thing to note is most of the pillows we had were feather. It was fine for me but my friend is allergic. Front desk did provide non feathered pillows when asked.
We’ve stayed here a couple times now, hotel is always very clean. Staff is always super nice. Just wish like many other hotels they had adult only time for the last hour of the pool area. The only complaint we really have about the hotel is that the walls are so thin you can hear EVERY little thing in the halls and rooms next to you. But otherwise it’s a super great hotel. And we will stay here again in the future!
I tried calling for assistance to book my stay, I was put on hold four times and hung up on after holding for 20+min twice. When I tried asking the receptionist my questions that I'd intended to ask over the phone, she cut me off and said that they were just busy and not taking calls at that time. There was another guest that approached the desk to speak with a manager about how the room connected to theirs via a conjoined door was spraying things under the door into their room and getting all over their stuff. Our room was in the front of the bldg and we had to park in the back parking lot (not a big deal). However, every other entrance was creepy, had bad lighting and there were no signs inside the doors to direct you anywhere. We walked down a hall, up some stairs, through an unmarked sketchy door to find a dark hallway with a rundown feel and some of the rooms were open looking abandoned inside as of the hotel had shutdown. We finally found our way through the labyrinth and found our room. The door key pad lit up red from our key but opened. There was another door to the room on the back side that went to another creepy hallway. We had a conjoined door without a request for one (not a big deal, not ideal). The switch by the door that's lit up doesn't work, so inn the dark we searched for a light that worked. There was feces on the door in the bathroom. The room across the hall from our rooms backdoor were fighting so badly, we left. Not safe not clean don't stay here.
Smells funny throughout. Walls were dirty and spotted with patches. Front desk was on a call with someone in India on speakerphone the entire time they were checking me in. Breakfast was not great. Hard floors in room. Pool was cloudy. Hot tub was big and nice.
Very dirty hotel, toilet ran all night, fridge didn’t work, the bed was hard as a rock. The management was very rude. The breakfast buffet was absolutely disgusting and the waitress told us that we couldn’t take the plates to our room or the hotel would charge us for them. Whatever you do don’t stay here!
