A REMARKABLE VIEW

Of the many day walks on offer around the Queenstown Region the walk along the One Mile track veering along the western trails eventually open up to some of the most epic views over Queenstown toward The Remarkables.

The walk takes about 2hrs return and well worth the hike as the reward up top is superb.

Hint : You know you’re on the right path if toward the top of the clearing you look back onto the more well known Ben Lomond track.

"We had a fantastic stay at Mercure Resort Queenstown! The staff were absolutely amazing—warm, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The real standout, though, was the view. Waking up to sweeping vistas of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains was nothing short of breathtaking. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxed and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Queenstown—this place made our trip extra special! "

"Very nice modern hotel with huge foyer. Lots of different types of seating and warm with the electric fireplace. Breakfast is basic but enough to start the day with as so much interesting places to eat in town. "
