"Great Riad. Very accommodating, great room with an amazing breakfast included. They even did our laundry for free! Perfectly situated for the Medina and old souks, but if you don’t like the crowds, you may want to stay outside the old town."

"Riad Palais des Princesses is perfectly located within walking distance in the heart of the Medina, right in the old town style surrounding Jemaa el-Fnaa. But once you step inside, it's a completely different world — a beautifully styled traditional Moroccan riad, clean and elegant from top to bottom. What truly makes this place special is the people. Nouhaila is the soul of this riad, warm, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. Simo was extremely professional and patient, welcoming us upon arrival with genuine hospitality. And Mariam in the restaurant took wonderful care of us at every meal. Together, they turned our stay into an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful experience at Riad Khalifa and would definitely stay here again. Finding the Riad was a little tricky at first, especially since it is located inside the Medina, but everyone we asked was very friendly and helpful with directions. One important tip if you are driving: you cannot take your car all the way into the Medina. We parked on the street outside for about $10 for the entire day. What we wish we had known is that for around $5, you can hire someone with a luggage cart to take your bags all the way to the Riad. We didn't know this and ended up hauling three suitcases through the Medina while trying to find the Riad! Definitely spend the $5—it is worth it. Once we arrived, the experience was excellent. Youssef, who was there during the day, and Hassan, who helped us at night, were fantastic. Both went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast is included and was absolutely delicious. The location is also excellent. You are right in the heart of the Medina, surrounded by hundreds of shops and within easy walking distance of everything you want to experience. Overall, Riad Khalifa was a great choice. The hospitality really stood out, and we would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend it for travelers of all ages. Tip: If you arrive with luggage, hire someone with a cart before entering the Medina. Your back will thank you! 😊"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Bliss Riad. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Accommodation was comfortable and traditional, with everything you need. It was very peaceful, but very well located in the Medina. Delicious breakfast in the rooftop terrace."

"Marrakech has countless Riads & hotels to choose from. We spent a few more dollars than usual because we wanted an authentic Moroccan experience that would be our first on this holiday & a good measure of what a really good Riad is. The staff could not be better: they bent over backwards to accommodate us & any requests we had over almost a week. We arranged to be picked up from Marrakech station: the best money we have ever spent & delivered back: terrific. It is not hard to get lost in the Medina (old area): definitely arrange this with them. Their Riad was a near perfect location close to everything: meeting our driver on our tours was only a few minutes easy walk to the taxi/transport area. The breakfast each morning (included in the daily tariff) was delicious Moroccan food: a great ‘heart starter’ for the day ahead. Upstairs cool breeze while eating. Our room was on an upper floor: large TV, 3,000+ satellite channels including YouTube & Netflix! Small fridge but no kettle. The room had a traditional feel to it & homely: quite different to a hotel room. We found it difficult to get the hot/cold water to a cool/warm consistency: we mastered it towards our stay. The AC in the room: we set it to 17c yet it didn’t feel as cool as it should be. We rate our stay a 4.5/5. We would highly recommend this terrific Riad to our fellow travellers. Thx GreyNomads"
