Also taxi up to the Carefore market where theres a couple of restraunts and a chemist then walk back (again 20 minutes). Be warned, taxi will arrive in about 5 minutes so make sure youre ready."

The premises is located a minute away from the beachfront where there are a selection of well priced eateries. There are also bus stops nearby and (street) parking easily accessible. "Absolutely beautiful hotel, very traditional. Beautiful rooms, great views. Lovely spa. Breakfast was very good, eggs all freshly cooked. We had an evening meal at the restaurant, it was very good & amazing value. There are some lovely little courtyards with restaurants & bars near the hotel. The main resorts ,are all within a 10-20 min cab ride. If you want a break ,with a traditional Spanish feel, look no further than La Fonda, we will definitely return "
