Ski vacation

We very much enjoyed the modest but spacious, fully equipped two-bedroom house with hot tub. Twenty/five minutes to Mt. Bachelor for skiing. The mattresses were the best we have ever slept on at a VRBO.

Very cozy cabin, had troublr with the heat but eventually figured it out. Beds were probably the most comfortable beds we have ever had in a VRBO or hotel! Great location! Would stay there again!

Spring Break at Sunriver

Came for spring skiing at Mt. Bachelor. Loved the location and proximity to ameneties in Sunriver, also close to Bend for other provisions as needed. Easy drive to the mountain and a great place to relax apres ski. Had all the basics for cooking meals (bring your own spices if you plan to use more than salt and pepper). TV is cable only but worked for us. Washer/dryer worked great, beds were super comfortable and plenty of clean towels in the bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfortable, linens were new, well stocked and perfect location! A very casual and cozy cabin! The house is older but very clean, the hot tub was a nice way to relax at night.

Pre-Valentine getaway

Loved the convenience to SR Village. We were there during sub zero (Fahrenheit!) temperatures and our first night was a bit cool inside as the 3 mini-split units couldn’t quite keep up. Property mgt quickly responded with portable space heaters and the rest of our stay was very cozy!

Great location

This place is basically right across the street from SunRiver Village. We could walk to the brewery and shopping and quickly get on the highway to the mountain. Place is clean, hot tub worked perfectly and had everything we needed for cooking. Only complaint is no outlets near bed for charging devices. Older house so not as many outlets as new construction. I would stay here again but bring an extension cord. Not fancy but perfect for a ski week.

Amazing Location, Nice House

3 of us stayed in this house. Very comfortable and has a stocked kitchen. We used the hot tub, bikes, SHARC passes. The best thing about this house is that it's a 3 minute walk from The Village, even closer to Blondie's Pizza.

Perfect house & location for family with kids

This house was perfect for our family of 6. The location was great- just a short walk/bike ride to the village. We especially enjoyed the fire place, hot tub and bikes. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. It was easy to get in touch with the property manager annd they were very nice and helpful. Everything was great!

Very nice

Very nice spot-hop skip and jump to the village. Comfy bed in the master. A little bit dusty in spots (lamp bases, etc) and there really should be safety bars in the shower/bathroom, but otherwise everything was great. We will stay again

Cozy Cabin in the Woods

This cozy cabin has it all. It is really well set-up for guests. It is walking distance from the Village and is close to all other activities in the Sun River community. We do not think that it could have been any cleaner when we arrived. No issues whatsoever. Thank you for the opportunity to visit.

Grizzly 7

The house the clean and inviting. The heat didn’t work well in the living room area. When it came on, it blew very little warm air. The fireplace only produced heat if you sat right in front of it. Thankfully the bedroom had nice heat. We left the door closed to stay warm. The bed was large and nice. The hot tub was clean and worked well. Would have been a nicer stay with heat. We are also frustrated that we contacted management right away about my husband leaving his jacket in the hall closet. They said they would get back to me. It’s been over 3 weeks and I haven’t heard anything. We had a decent stay but would likely not stay there again.

New years family ski trip

We stayed new years day 2024 for the entire week with our 3 young children for a ski trip to mt bachelor. The house is a great value price which my husband really loved, my kids loved the being 2 min from the sharc and i like having the village so close that i could walk for morning coffee or a quick run for groceries if needed. The house is small, living therej full time with 3 rambunctios children would wear on us but for vacation it has everything you need. The added sharc passes, closet of kid games and hot tub ammenities make this house enjoyable all week. We didnt end up making a fire but we could have. After hitting the slopes all day the hot tub was great. We planned to prepare meals, the kitchen was stalked with basic cookware and we appriciated the coffee filters and grinder. The tv in the master was nice after putting kids to bed. The bunk room with a queen was great for our kids. The master bath shower was scalding hot (wich i love) its the worst when you can only get luke warm water. There is trash pick up twice a week which is probbaly necessary, our only grip is the noise when the trash guys haul the cans from the back of the house to the front- woke up kids too early. Juat sucks on vacation. But i wish our trash got picked up twice a week at home! Lol. This isnt the house to rent if you want pretty updated, show room beauty to entertain. Its perfect for young kids. Its. Got two bathrooms and washer and dryer and a huge closet right by the door for all the ski gear to dry. It was well stocked with plenty of towles too. We actually didnt use them all. The house is pet friendly- we dont have pet the house didnt smell nor was it obvious that pets had been there. It was clean upon arrival, no complaints there. Great winter rental- would totally rent again.

The location of this cabin is perfect! It’s walking distance to the Village, bike shop and SHARC. We enjoyed the bikes, hot tub, and the SHARC passes included in the rental. Amazing stay!
