Great for a big ski trip

We had a great time! We had a few issues with the fireplace but our service person was so incredibly responsive and helpful and reached out to us multiple times to check-in which was so nice. The bikes were a little banged up and would love to see more seating in the living area considering how many the house sleeps. The beds and linens were great

Beautiful home

We stayed with immediate family and friends. Certainly way more room than we needed but our son loved the option of 6 different bunk beds. Lovely kitchen and bbq area and great sitting room with large tv.

Sun River home

Overall a nice home with recreational activities and the Village nearby. The bicycles provided were a nice feature. The house is comfy and large enough for a group. Any concerns were met quickly by property manager.

1 Colonial, Sunriver Awesome Stay & Incredible Management Company!

From start to finish Arrive was quick to respond, answering the telephone each time we called, first with questions prior to renting the property, then leaving the property. We loved the home with each bedroom having its own bathroom, and an additional bathroom, and the open concept with kitchen, dining and living/family room. Thank you Arrived for the wonderful stay!

Great House

Nice clean space , we especially enjoyed all the bedroom option. Each kid could have their own suite. I know sounds spoiled, but made room selection so much easier. We had everything we needed including extra blankets, plenty of towels and the hot tub was mazing

Great Family Memories Here!

We all fit so comfortable here. Everyone had space, and yet we all felt together all the time. Family games, great football times, and lots of laughs. We were happy here! The home is quiet, close to the village and the SHARC. We will reserve this place again! Highly recommend 1 Colonial, Sunriver.

Perfect Summer Trip

The best compliment I can give this place is that we would all definitely stay here again. Out of all the choices, you would be hard pressed to find a cleaner, more accommodating, house near the village and pool. I mean every room got there own full shower; that helps a ton after a float down the river on a raft. The house was well laid out for our board game nights. And our big meals for 12 people every day. I 100% recommend renting bicycles to explore the city. My only complaint is that we have to leave and go back to our lives without this house to come home to. Do yourself a favor and book this house early.

One downstairs bathroom door didn’t lock, ice maker didn’t work, not enough forks, kitchen well stocked, hot tub nice and clean, great BBQ, need a note about upstairs thermostat, and better communication prior to stay regarding patio furniture (took 3 phone calls to ask questions.) note regarding recycling pick up. Good bike selection, need better helmet selection for kids. Overall, we would come back again!

PERFECT!

I am definitely giving this property 5 stars. I must be honest and say the property inside was a little dated and would at least recommend getting it painted inside. I hope that comment is taken out of context, because the house was literally perfect for our families. The home was extremely clean and comfortable...the beds and couches were perfect! Having so many ensuites with the rooms was amazing! There was plenty of room for our 2 families. The adults were able to be in one area and the kids in another, yet we could all be in the living and dining area with plenty of room. We usually stay in a VRBO when we travel. I will say this was the most well stocked and accommodating home we've ever stayed in. There were plenty of plates, utensils, cookware, bakeware, cleaning supplies, condiments, etc. They definitely left no stone unturned for what you may need when on vacation, including blow dryers, iron, bikes, helmets, Sharc passes, etc. I had a question during our stay and management got back to me in minutes. The location was perfect walking and biking distance to everything (The Village, The Shark, and The Lodge). I would definitely stay there again if we visit Oregon!

Dirty and Unsafe

We didn’t expect the home to be perfect, only clean, safe and in good working order. No one in our group had ever experienced a rental that was this dirty and unsafe: black soot and dirt on the floors; carpet stains were old and recent and appeared to be from food, pets, and illness; bedroom where toddler slept had glass shower door stored under the bed and medication left in drawer; smoke from the oven when it was turned on; grill was caked in grime and grease; liquid, dirt, and food in and around kitchen table, cabinets and appliances; black and pink mold on shower heads. The property manager’s offers to remediate the situation were appreciated, but all the cleaning and safety checks needed to be completed prior to our arrival. What’s puzzling is that the review in April was positive; we wished we could have stayed in the same conditions. We understand that the home will be getting a deep clean following our stay, and if it can be brought to a minimum standard of clean and safe and good working order, it’s in a lovely quiet location within walking distance of the Village.
