The Space:
Welcome to Quelah condo 4. A comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath, 1208 sq. ft, sleeps 6, and comes with Sharc passes to get into the Aquatic Center in Sunriver. This condo is near the Nature Center and Observatory off Circle 3 and River Road. Its also minutes away from the Sunriver Stables and Marina. It features a full size kitchen, providing you with everything you need to prepare meals, back patio with outside seating and lighting. A front patio with seating, umbrella, BBQ and storage room for ski gear. Quelah has it all. New flooring was recently installed in October of 2024, air conditioning was also added in 2024. New Tempurpedic mattresses in each bedroom, new bedding and pillows, homes and garden kitchenware, microwave, Roku TV, Wi-Fi, and DVD player. The master bedroom provides you with a new king Tempurpedic bed, sliding glass door with private deck and seating, perfect for those morning coffees and bird watching. The second bedroom has two new extra long twin Tempurpedic beds. The living room has a sofa sleeper, wood burning fireplace, sliding glass door with direct access to private back deck with more seating and a table for meals.

This condo allows pets and is right across from the Quelah Recreation. When you stay at Quelah 4, you get seasonal access the Quelah pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. June - September Pool is managed by the Quelah Condo Association.

Great central location

We were in Sunriver for a golf tournament at the Meadows and Woodlands courses. Quelah 4’s location was ideal for easy access to both courses, resort trails and Quelah’s own amenities (pool and tennis). The condo was perfect with light filled gathering spaces and en-suite bedrooms, and the pet friendly accommodations allowed our pup to also enjoy Sunriver!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The shower was not working properly. Also, the oven was old and not working very well.
