Welcome to Aspen Getaway!

This charming historic 1 bedroom 1 bath home is 100 years old! It has many modern amenities with lots of character located right in downtown Bend. You can walk downtown, to the Old Mill District, Hayden Homes Amphitheater, Box Factory, and the Deschutes River. Several restaurants within minutes include Crux, Boneyard Tasting Room, and Miyagi Ramen. The charm that this little home has, will make a lovely getaway while enjoying what Bend, Oregon has to offer.

Aspen Getaway has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with dining for two. This home features a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and one bathroom. After a day of adventure, relax with a movie on the large HDTV with Netflix and Amazon Prime video. You will find the TV hidden in the vintage cabinet in the living room. The outside area has a large fully fenced yard with mature trees, a private patio and a gas fire pit. Great spot to vacation with your furry friends!

If you would like to adventure out, Central Oregon has so many trails and lakes to explore. Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort is a 30 minute drive away! The mountains provide so many opportunities, skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing in the winter. In the summer, take your mountain bikes or hiking boots and explore the Deschutes National Forest.

Great location and property

We had a great stay in Bend at the Getaway! The property is well maintained and represented in the listing. The yard is nice and big. The location is perfect to access all areas of town in less than a 10 minute drive. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly what we expected from the listing and the host was very prompt with communicating. The property is just a few minutes walk from downtown bend and easy access to/from the highway. A perfect home base for any ski trip you have planned for Mt. Bachelor.

The place was perfect for a couple and their dog! Nice big yard to play with the dog. Walkable to downtown, and the Old Mill area. The local eateries across the street were very convenient, good, and inexpensive. That was a plus.

Amazing little house in the perfect spot

This house is in a perfect spot in Bend near the downtown where all the things that one would want to do are located. The house was perfect for my wife and I. The air conditioning was very nice to have on those hot bend days.
