Enjoy this quiet neighborhood, close to skiing, Golf, Fort Rock Park, and SHARC Recreation Center. Located in the North end of Sunriver on a quiet cul-de-sac street. This property offers a large private front deck adjacent to the Woodlands Golf Course and a lovely private backyard with peaceful water features, and a large patio to enjoy outdoor grilling & dining with family and friends

The house is a short walk to Fort Rock Park, a quick walk to the playground, basketball, baseball field, sand volleyball court, tennis, and pickleball courts.

8 SHARC Passes Included

The kitchen is well stocked with Cookware, Utensils, Spices, Basic Condiments, Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder, Toaster, Microwave, Blender, Large Dining Room Table.

Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, Discovery +, Paramount +, Peacock, Amazon Prime, YouTube, and High-Speed WiFi. Sign in to your apps, plug in your phone or computer. Remember to bring adapters. Includes an office desk, DVD Player, and stereo.

NO PETS or visiting pets and NO SMOKING on or in the property.

Additional Information
This spacious 2,900 SF two-story custom home is surrounded by pine trees and sunshine. Vaulted ceilings, wood beams, and lots of windows make this home a great space to gather with family and friends.

The large living room comes with rocker-recliners, a gas fireplace upstairs, and a cozy family room downstairs with a gas fireplace, Queen Murphy Bed and a TV w/DVD player for the kids to watch movies. Washer and Dryer, Central A/C provides rest and comfort after long summer days on the golf course, biking or paddling on the river.

Large double garage with Pickle Ball Set, Corn Hole, 8+ Bikes, Tag Along Bike, Bike trailer-(fits 2 toddlers), Baby Stroller and 2 Flatwater Kayaks. Guests provide helmets. There are plenty of books, board games, puzzles, and DVDs for your enjoyment. For the little ones, there are toys, a booster seat, pack ‘n play, and a safety gate.

A lovely spacious home on a quiet street with many outdoor areas to enjoy mature or just be alone. Well appointed with lots of space. Perfect to be with our adult children and everyone has lots of space and privacy.

Wonderful Wedding Trip

We attended our daughter's wedding at Mt. Bachelor and stayed in this home during our time in Sunriver. Amazing house - plenty of room, incredibly well-stocked, and very clean. Would definitely stay again!

This home was one of the best rentals I've ever stayed. Spacious, clean, everything in working order. For meals, just bring food, the kitchen has all the spices and oils most everyone has at home. I've never seen such a well stocked kitchen. The bikes are awesome and save on rentals. There are strider bikes for kids as well as a toddler trailer. I'd love to stay here again for

Loved our stay!

This house comes exactly as described! Clean, spacious and perfect location. We stayed with our two adult daughters, their spouses and our grandchildren and had a great time! Our only downside had nothing to do with the rental property. The sun just didn’t want to cooperate for our stay! In spite of the cooler June temps, we still swam at SHARC and enjoyed it!

SUCH a wonderful place to stay

Our family adored everything about this home!! Spacious and stunning, with lots of things to do nearby. The decor was beautiful, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Check-in directions and communications were clear, and Donna and Craig made a very thorough binder with information about the house and area. We truly hope to stay here again someday!

Spacious, comfortable house in quiet end of Sunriver

Our family group of 4 adults enjoyed this house. Plenty of room to spread out, lovely areas inside and outside to relax. High quality linens and towels, comfortable beds (no bunks or twins) fully equipped kitchen. Landscaping and flower pots also lovely. A doe and her twin fawns visited often, an extra treat. Highly recommended

Wonderful property

The property was well kept with many amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor area was great for family gatherings. Having 4 bikes, in great condition, was a great addition for this property. The hosts, Donna and Craig, were easy to deal with and very informative.

Perfect house with lots of amenities!

We had a fabulous stay at this great Sunriver home! It has all the extras that make a home vacation rental even better - lots of bikes, games, well stocked kitchen, etc. Only recommendation I would give is to change out one of the couches in the lower level to be a sleeper sofa.

Would absolutely recommend this beautiful house - and we're already dreaming of going back soon! Great location in Sunriver, and the house is beautiful - loads of windows and sunlight, and stocked with everything you could ever want! We had such a great week in Sunriver with our family, and can't wait to go back again soon! The house had loads of open space for gathering for meals or to relax on the couches to watch a movie. We loved the heated garage - which made early mornings to ski at bachelor so much easier!

Clean, well maintained, very comfortable furnishings, the kitchen stocked with all essentials. Enjoyed eating outside near the water feature. Very peaceful location. Air conditioning for those warmer days was appreciated. Bikes were in good condition. Felt very pampered compared to other properties in Sunriver I've stayed at.
