From my 96yo mom to my 7yo grandson, this house was perfect. It is comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything, also appreciated the second fridge in the garage for our Thanksgiving group. Highly recommend this place

This house is a nice size, lots of beds. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The beds, pillows, chairs and couches feel old and worn out. And the ice was so bad that it was hard to walk from the car to the front door or on the deck to the hot tub without falling. Over all ot was a great stay.

The house was big and accommodated 12 of us and 2 dogs. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. The owner is terrific and tried to make sure that everything went well for us. Sunriver is amazing. Float the river, ride bikes, hike Broken Top mountain, see Crater Lake, etc. We will be back.

I rented this house for my wife's 30th birthday party with friends and had a great time. Plenty of spaces to sleep made it a great option for us and the amenities offered were such a treat. The host was very quick to respond to texts when we had issues. Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful location!

We were a large group of 4 families in town for a baseball tournament and this house was absolutely perfect for us! Lots of space inside and plenty for the kids to do outside! The house was clean, fully equipped, great location, check in/check out were super easy and Shannon was amazing to work with! Nothing was missed, lots of towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. We will definitely stay again!

Overall, this was a great home to vacation in with our family. The house is fully equipped, has a great floor plan for a family, and is in a perfect location, close to Fort Rock Park, great walking and biking, and fairly close to the Shark Center. Our only disapointment was that we had to give the floors on the main a good cleaning, and we had to clean the grills outside prior to using them.

The location was excellent with easy access to the bike trails. Very close to Sharc, which was important to the kids and to the village. The home itself was in good condition. Clean with a good kitchen and barbecue area. Plenty of room for all 14 of us. However, the furniture is somewhat warn and some of the patio chairs need to be replaced. We believe this is a great place and hope to return on future visits to Sunriver.

This home was perfect for our family reunion! The bedrooms were comfortable and we loved that there were 2 primaries with king beds! The kitchen was amazing for our family that loves to cook- there was space for everyone and there were enough pots/pans/appliances to make everything we wanted. The common living space was big enough for everyone & the patio w/3 tables was perfect for the large dinners and evenings together. We loved our stay and plan to come back to this lovely home.

We had an absolutely lovely stay while celebrating our mom's 50th birthday! We are a large family (14 adults and a couple dogs) and were super pleased to find there was ample space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and had a blast grilling! Lots of entertainment options from board games to movies and streaming, and of course the beautiful outdoor spaces. We enjoyed some long morning walks around the neighborhood. Beautiful home, easy check in and communicative host. Would stay again!

We had a great time. The house is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. The home is near a wonderful park. Trails for walking and biking run all over the community. We had a wonderful week!

This was a great house for our family of 9, very comfortable to stay in and cook in a nice crowd friendly kitchen. Unfortunately because of fires nearby, outdoor activities were somewhat depressed. I would have liked to have known before we arrived that fire alerts were on so I could pre-warn others coming. I would have brought an air filter for myself because I am asthmatic and the air quality made for difficult breathing.

We had a wonderful time spending the week cozy in the home playing board games. We loved watching the snow fall and playing in the snow. The hot tub was lovely to relax in. Kitchen was nice, we could hang out and talk in the kitchen and dinningroom

This is a great house, well stocked and appointed with plenty of room for a large extended family. We loved the location and the real wood stove for creating a cozy atmosphere. One note, the room with two queen beds is only accessible by going through the bunk bed room. This would have been good to know ahead of time. Overall a great experience.

We stayed for six days and the rental unit was as advertised. We were disappointed that we had to purchase paper towels (there were none) and additional toilet paper (on bathroom had only about 1/4 roll remaining).

The property is in a great location, and has a lot of room. Parking for multiple cars was doable. There were some minor issues that we worked through that were out of the property owners hands to deal with, but nothing drastic. There were a couple of issues that we had to deal with during our stay that could have been addressed prior. Additionally, I think the room with 2 queen beds should be made known in the house details that it is only accessible through the kids cave. But all in all, the stay was very enjoyable. Weather was perfect, amenities were quite nice.

We had a great time with our friends in this lovely house. The kids room upstairs were perfect for our crew. This house has plenty of space and the layout is wonderful. The kitchen was great and was stocked well especially with plenty of spices, silverware, and all the kitchen amenities. Outside was where we hung out most on the big porch and patio. There was plenty of seatings and tables with both a grill and blackstone grill that we used every night. The house was clean and well prepared for our visit. We were close to the Fort Rock park and the Sharc could easily be reached via the provided bikes. The property managers were quick to respond with any questions we had. All in all a great house house and location.

Excellent property with so much room! Great kitchen with everything you need. We only needed to buy very minimal spices to make Christmas dinner. Very clean house, great location. We had a few issues streaming some games we wanted to watch from our phones but nothing major. Only suggestion would be to cover the firewood outside so it’s easier to have a cozy fire. Overall a great house and very comfortable. Big bedrooms with plenty of beds that were very comfortable. Plenty of linens. Nice floor plan with 2 mastersuites downstairs. Greee we t barbecue and outdoor area and hot tub. Nice kitchen with a big fridge. The VRBO site said check in was 3 and we had to wait till4. The kitchen floor had not been mopped but the cleaners came back quickly and cleaned it . There was a wad of hair in one of the showers. Just overall the house needs to be cleaner. The couch is worn and needs to be replaced and so do the outdoor mats. Other than that the stay was great. The owner was very responsive immediately which was very helpful.when we requested a mop and vacuum

Loved the openness of the kitchen, dining & living room. Hot tub was a plus. I didn’t get in it but my husband did! Overall everything was pretty clean. We come from a no shoes in the house family so had to have socks or house slippers cause the floors werent the cleanest! Would have loved to have access to the vacuum or mop while we were there. Things to make sure you bring: Hand soap, extra paper towels, extra garbage bags! :) Would definitely stay again!

We had 14 family members of all ages, 3-76 years, and this house accommodated all of us. Pros: lots of beds and rooms, comfortable beds and linens, kitchen well stocked, great location for biking and exploring. Cons: Fridge had 2 drawers that don't open, the master bedroom didn't seem to have hot water, the upstairs sinks didn't drain great. None of the cons tainted the trip but it would be nice to get them fixed. We also never told the owner. I think they would have done something right away, but like I said they weren't big deals. I would stay here again.
