Perfectly appointed in a fantastic location

I stayed with my family for two nights and did not want to leave. This place will make you feel right at home and possibly better than home. Loved the decor, beds were super comfy and there was plenty of space to spread out. The courtyard with hot tub was fantastic. Definitely recommend

Near old mill

Definitely a great location. Had everything we expected from a good host. House itself isn’t new or spectacular and shows signs of wear, but for the price I was very happy with how comfortable we were. I would stay here again if I found myself in bend. No need to pay twice as much with the quality you get here.

Very comfortable and well-equipped

This condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the fireplace, and the master bed was really comfortable. Thanks!

Excellent stay and very convenient

The location of the house was perfect, in a quiet road, but easily walkable to the Old Mill District. Convenient for skiing at Mount Bachelor.To have a hot tub after skiing all day was a perfect way to relax.Great kitchen facilities, with plenty of cookware etc.We would highly recommend and would certainly stay again if we are in the area.

Walk to Old Mill District

We came to Bend for a concert at the Amphitheater. We ended up walking to the venue as it was about 15 minutes door to door. So convenient! The neighborhood was quiet - great spot to relax and get away from it all. We even had a deer in the front yard one morning!

Wonderful place!

We could not have been happier with the property. Very clean, great hot tub, each bedroom had a private bathroom. Full kitchen, everything we could have asked for. The management kept in touch with texts...it was a pleasure!

Great Location!

Wonderful location with easy walking to Old Bend and the Mill District. Comfortable, clean condo with all the necessities. Having garage access was a plus as we’re traveling by car. Would definitely stay there again.

Spacious, comfortable, getaway for any season in Bend.

We very much enjoyed the outdoor spaces, quietness of the neighborhood, and walkability to many areas. The kitchen was well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was very clean and well thought out.

Lovely accommodations and great location.

Clean and spacious townhome in a convenient location. Private backyard with spacious hot tub and quiet neighborhood. Host was lovely and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

New Year in Bend

The Old Mill Magic unit was perfect for our needs. We were close to the mountain, shopping, and our dog was ecstatic to go play in the snow! It was great to come off the mountain and relax in the hot tub. We were even able to make a full roast dinner with sides for New Year's Eve!

In town for a show

A friend and I stayed for a couple nights to go to a show at the Amphitheater. The condo was cozy, clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for a simple walk to the show. It was really great to have a grill and a hot tub! Made a couple nights away feel like a full vacation! I would be happy to not only stay there again, but would also recommend to anyone heading to Bend!

This was a return visit to Old Mill Magic. Once again we enjoyed a most comfortable home away from home, beautifully equipped, clean and quiet. Family Bend Vacation 2023

We were happy with the accommodations, the size was right and location was great. A couple of suggestions for improvement would include cleaning the carpet, fixing the latch on the king bedroom door, and the toilet (it runs a long time after flushing) in the queen bedroom.

Clean, Easy, Comfortable

The pictures do a good job capturing the place. It's bright, comfortable and spacious. We were two adult friends traveling together so the availability of two bedrooms with attached bathrooms was fantastic. Bend was experiencing a cold snap when we were there, having a fireplace AND a clean hot tub was a beautiful luxury. Check in was a breeze, the wifi was reliable, the kitchen well-appointed, and the TVs were plentiful. What more could you ask for?! One of the best vacation rental experiences I've had in years.

Clean, quiet, and great location

Easy to get to, easy to walk to downtown. Quiet location. Nice hot tub. Comfortable beds, CLEAN! Several nice outdoor places to sit. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative comment I could have is the front sidewalk has a few long low stairs surrounded by large shrubs (that shield the porch light) that are a challenge to see in the dark. This is an easy thing to fix. We loved the two private bed/bathroom suites!!

Great house, nice neighborhood, and easy parking,perfect for our needs! Location was within walking distance to Old Mill. House was clean, kitchen had everything we needed. The cable was not working, the property manager was responsive and got someone out to check it ASAP. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this house again.

No Surprises

We stayed here with two teenagers and two dogs. The third bed is tucked into a nook upstairs, so there is a bit of privacy and worked out much better than a sofa sleeper in the main living space. We were able to easily bike to the path and get anywhere we needed to go. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The kitchen is clean well stocked. I will say that while the AC worked great to cool the main floor, it gets a bit warm upstairs where the bedrooms are. It cooled off enough at night that we opened windows and we were able to sleep great. This property worked out well for us!

Nice Condo

Nice clean house. Worked perfectly for our family. Bend is a cool town with lots to do. It took us 9 minutes to walk to Game Stop which is next door to the theater. There were a few things in the agreement that would have been nice to know ahead of time. Such as No Smoking House also meant the entire property. It also says that it is "illegal for children under 12 to use the hot tub" so if you have small children, be aware. A little head's up that this was Roofing Week also would have been appreciated. Men walking on the roof while we tried to enjoy the hot tub on our first morning there wasn't exactly relaxing. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, TV was nice and the couches were comfortable.
