We appreciated having two bedrooms upstairs, each with a private bathroom. There was also a pull out couch downstairs and a half bath. The backyard was spacious, grassed, and fenced - great for outdoor dining. The hot tub was clean and a welcome amenity after long hikes!

Amazing location

Truly amazing stay. Spotless home in a great location. The hosts were extremely responsive and checked in via text frequently to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Really comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. We will be back!

Great stay!

It was a beautiful home in a very convenient location! Very close to Mt Bachelor making it super easy to go snowboarding or skiing! The hot tub was really nice after a long day outdoors! Highly recommend!

Weekend in Bend

We had great time in Bend and this home was in a great location for walking to town. Easy access, clean, great for our family with a dog and had lots of great items for cooking together! Thanks and would love to return for another visit!

Great central home in Bend

Walkable to most things. Comfortable home that has nice secured yard for those quiet hang out and safe for furry rascals. The agency managing was really friendly and attentive, refreshing to see.

Very nice property for 2 couples and dog friendly! Location was close to mill district and easy access to all of Bend and road to Bachelor. Super clean, nice hotub and fenced yard. Would stay again.

Family Time

My husband and I meet my mom and her husband in Bend every year. This house was clean and a nice walk to the Old Mill. Neighborhood was quiet. So many fun things to look at in the house. Communication with the host was excellent.

Great place to stay!

We love this place. It’s conveniently located—easy to get to, super close to the Old Mill District, and a short car drive to downtown Bend. The townhouse is really cute and well maintained. This was our second time staying here and it won’t be our last!

A great weekend getaway!

We had a great weekend getaway at the Old Mill Proxi! It was the perfect location for us to walk to a concert and easy to get to so many restaurants and breweries. The house was clean and exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Bend.

Great Stay in Bend

We are locals and were having some flooring replaced and needed somewhere to crash. The home was comfortable, spacious, clean, and as advertised. Everything was provided as described and although some other reviews have indicated the beds were "hard," we found them to be comfortable. Would stay again!

Close to everything

The townhouse was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the layout and that each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. We enjoyed using the hot tub.We had our 2 dogs with us and having a fenced in backyard was wonderful for traveling with dogs. The location was fantastic. Everything we did was never more than 15 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

Every thing was perfect - I can't find anything to ding. The location was great in the sense that it wasn't in downtown, but was less than five minutes from downtown. It was great also that we could bring our dog.

Gorgeous home & neighborhood

It was so much better than we even expected, the only reason we won’t make this property a habit is the bed & pillows… but that’s a personal preference. Communication and cleanliness were off the charts awesome.
