It was a perfect house for our families, the only thing was the house does creek. So everyone down stairs can hear the second floor, but it was great house. I would recommend not booking through VRBO as we were charged taxes twice, when the invoice I received from Bennington was what I thought I was paying and it ended up being more from the added charges from VRBO. Next time I will go directly through property management or Air B&B
