Kitchen had every appliance you would need. Rice cooker, instant pot, air fryer, crock pot, and more. Two dishwashers were great. Beautiful setting on the golf course. Great location for biking, paddle boarding, walking, running, we will return for our third time.

Great Family property!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is one-of-a-kind; beautifully appointed with custom touches throughout. The outdoor kitchen/grill and seating area was a huge hit! All of our 'little kids', as well as their parents, loved the big bunk room downstairs. We also really enjoyed getting to even meet the owners, who could not have been nicer when we first arrived. We had a wonderful time going between this house and another one we rented on Nine Iron Lane for our family reunion. Can't say enough good things, it was perfect!

This was a great property for a large group. The deck and game room were amazing! The hot tub is a bit worn, but it worked. There was plenty of sleeping space- there are four king beds, but note that the one in the game room has limited privacy (because it's in the game room and opens on to the deck) and is a bit less comfortable. We comfortably had six kids in the bunk room, plus three couples in the king suites, and a single adult in the queen bedroom, and in the game room. We had bathrooms to spare. This is a giant house! There are so many gathering spaces—we hardly even used the living room/kitchenette in the lower level since we had so much other space. The pool table and shuffleboard table got a lot of use! The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of bikes of all sizes to use, plus 10 SHARC passes (not quite enough, given the size of the house, though!) I wish there were bike helmets available. The beds were comfortable, and there are plenty of towels. The house was clean on the surface, but it could use a deep clean (the rough tile floors clearly hold grime and the blinds were very dusty). Good laundry room. Note that the air conditioning is not very effective. There is one ductless unit for the main room, which is just not enough to cool such a large room. The unit in the game room was similarly overpowered. Overall, I highly recommend for big groups!

The hosts were always so friendly when I was planning the retreat and had questions. The house was beautiful and a great location. Would definitely recommend.
