This super convenient pet-friendly home provided us with all the amenities we could have possibly needed during our stay in Bend. It was spacious, and so close to walking trails while also being located relatively close to all the attractions of downtown Bend.

This house is really spacious and is great if you have kids in your group. It's a very short drive to downtown Bend, but too far to walk. 5/5 would stay again.

5 Star Stay for Large Family Groups

This rental property had plenty of space and was well furnished for our three family meet-up in Bend. We were able to accommodate all ten of us comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment you need to prepare meals. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The kids loved the bunk room and took over the upstairs bonus room as their “kid lounge.” It was a great week making memories. We will definitely return on our next visit to Bend.

Comfortable option for a home base.

We stayed at this property in Bend as a home base for weekend activities. It was a good choice for this because the home has comfortable bedrooms and four bathrooms. The home is well kept and the kitchen had everything you need if you will be cooking. I do not think the home is a great choice if you plan to spend your time at the property. The common spaces, living room, and dining room kitchen are pretty small and do not accommodate much of a gathering. Also, there is a front porch but no other outdoor space. The location is good. Not really in town but a short drive. It is not really walkable to amenities. You could bike with some ease though. It is located in a nice neighborhood where kids were riding their bikes and people were enjoying their homes. The home was clean and had everything we needed but it did feel a little dated. The main takeaway for us was it provided everything we needed for our visit and we thought it was great but it may not be the best choice if you are planning to spend the majority of your time at the home and you have a group of adults.

Great home, great location, awful management company

We arrived to an extremely dirty home, with 10 people, and none of the TV’s in the home worked, a noise running toilet, one bed frame was broken, a cooktop with 2 burners that worked, and dirty rugs that were major trip hazards. Limited # of bath and kitchen towels, I feel bad for the home owners, because this was a great home in a great location, but the management company “Arrived” is clearly not great. We reported all the issues and were promised a repair and cleaning person would arrive the second day of our 6 day visit. Unfortunately no one showed, and no one communicated a change in schedule. The next day, I emailed Arrived and was told they would send somebody to work on the broken stuff, no mention of a cleaning person. “Arrived” appears to be a large management company with very poor communication, and no accountability for the promises they make, every communication felt like the first time we had contacted them. The day before we checked out I received an email/text from someone who was involved day one, asking if our issues had been resolved……. VRBO who we booked through needs to start managing the management companies, I’m reluctant to book another home unless I understand the management companies reviews as well as the home in general, if I could review Arrived this would be a 0, I’m being generous because the home was very nice and in a great location

We had a great stay at this property. The home is spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and large dining table for meals. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk to Discovery Park which has a beautiful pond and nice walking path. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the host was helpful and responsive.
