What's nearby:
This home is located within the Sunriver community, with access to shared amenities including the well-loved SHARC with indoor and outdoor pools, a waterslide, lazy river, and more. There are also 30 miles of trails for walking and bicycling, horse stables, The Village shopping center, and much more. Spend part of the day exploring some of nature's wonders at the Oregon Observatory (less than a mile away), then drive up the road eight miles to the Lava River Cave and to the Newberry National Volcanic Monument. In the winter, ski or snowboard to your heart's content at Mt. Bachelor, 25 miles away, and in the summer hike, bike, and explore the mountain.

Great weekend getaway!

This little A frame home was the perfect little getaway for our weekend in sunriver. The hot tib was a wonderful addition that we used frequently. Besides some blood spots on the sheets and residual dirt on the floor the home was clean and well kept. The images were accurate and the home was well stocked with dishes and linens. Would stay bere again!

This house was a IKEA nightmare! Plumbing backed up. Was remodeled cheap. There were three of us and was small. Shower upstairs to small to even use. Curtains were shear so needed sleep mask and no privacy during the day. No lights on hot tub area so couldn’t use in the evening time. If you are cooking your meals good luck finding pots and pans you need (thrift store is where we went) who wants to do that on vacation. The door was a nightmare to get unlocked sometimes took three minutes. And seriously IKEA furniture is not comfortable at all. I feel we should have got a discount for the plumbing problem.

Clean Home!

The home was beautiful and clean! The property was lovely and the location was great. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend using the management company affiliated with this rental (Vacasa). Our check in date was 7/1 and we did not gain access to the home until the next day 7/2. The access code was left out of the space it was supposed to be provided on the email. We called several numbers, texted the numbers suggested on the automated system and messaged in the app with no response on check in day 7/1. Luckily, we had family to stay with that first night. We were able to get the code the next day 7/2 by finding someone to talk to physically. The company did not take any accountability for the mistake and we still paid for all of the nights on the reservation although we had no way to get in the first night.

Beautiful home, terrible check in

Before addressing the beautiful home and location I cannot understate how terrible the check in process was. The wrong code was sent in the online check in instructions and once the correct code was retrieved. A key that didn’t allow entry to the property was retrieved. So it took two hours of being on the phone with an ineffective Vacasa system after a day of travel to get access to the home. Someone physically had to come to the house and brought the correct key. Would not recommend Vacasa based off of that alone. However the home itself was exactly as described with beautiful light and nice details throughout. The Sunriver location seemed very quiet and family friendly.

Good choice for two adults and two children

Great location and nice house. Arrived to no AC the first day, 90 degrees outside, 80 inside. Fans were brought to us. AC fixed the next day.

Lovely A-Frame

Quaint, cute, and cozy. Comfortable space in a beautiful place. The hot tub was a nice addition. Would have been even better if there was a light near the tub so it could be more easily used at night to look at the stars.

Great Location - Few Kitchen Supplies

Positive: The location was excellent and the property really had a fun ski lodge type feel to it. Hot tub was great for the kids. Nice pile of firewood and paper to start a fire. Lots of soaps for the bathrooms. Negatives: The place had almost no standard kitchen items. A simple example is cooking spray. It made meal preparation way harder than needed for an item no normal traveler would bring with them. Expect nothing except salt, pepper, and coffee filters. The doors to the grill deck don't want to move.

A little slice of paradise

Wonderful little cabin, perfect for the two of us. Sunriver is an adorable town, even during the off season and this cabin was amazing. Super clean, comfy beds, nice showers, everything we needed. We will certainly be back!

We had a nice stay. Place was clean, ac and heat work, hot tub was a joy. We agreed we'd come back. Two things, you really have to fix the sliding glass doors, upstairs and down. You could barely get them to open shut. And, a sports package like ESPN would have been nice. Thanks.

Cute and private

This place was cute and private, even with big windows it has curtains for privacy yet lets in lots of natural light. The furnishings aren’t terribly comfortable, but good enough for a couple days. Limited kitchen items. Private Horus is great and has a big deck and grill for good outside amenities. Upstairs is much warmer despite having AC.

A view to relax

Everything was relaxing and the view was fantastically wonderful and I would recommend staying at this property to everyone, it brings back great memories of past stays in Sun River. That being said if you like hard beds, you get a hard bed. If you like close quarters you get close quarters. The hot tub is awesome just using it at 23 degrees outside makes it difficult and I mean that in fun lol. It stated that there was a washer and dryer and the dryer was missing I'm sure its just being replaced. To those who enjoy watching TV, not many channels so bring a book, we enjoy reading but like to watch other news than the local stuff. The lighting was fun but wiring is not quite up to code would suggest surge protectors and electrical outlets with breakers. If you book this home to stay enjoy its easy to get anywhere in Sun River and the people are awesome. Thank you for the great weekend.

Perfect Winter Getaway!

Clean, organized & everything you need ! Few easy things could be fixed.... Replace: Hot tub lid Fireplace screen Add: More lighting going up the front walk way Lighting to the wood stack The picture posted & location of woodpile is not accurate. We couldn’t find the woodpile in the dark & spent $100 on wood from the gas station after finding no mention of the fireplace in any of the guide books.

The Little Things!

The house is cute but, the grate in fire place needs to be replaced, no axe to cut kindling to start a fire and hot tub cover is so old and saturated that it takes a weight lifter to uncover. The coffee filters aren't the right kind so grounds get in morning coffee Easily all fixable for such a unique home🤔

Family Reunion

Place was cozy, we had two adults, two kids and a toddler. I wouldn’t try and get any more guests as the place is somewhat small. The only thing place was missing (which is no big deal) is sponges for washing dishes. We would stay here again because it’s centrally locates.

Cute and modern

Comfortable with modern decor. Sliding doors were extremely difficult to maneuver and were a constant struggle. We love being outside at mealtime and hangout time so this was very annoying for us. The hot tub was great! Clean. Kitchen area left some thing to be desired. Make sure to bring your own coffee, butter, oil etc..... I am used to having the basics available when I rent, So it was most frustrating to find that there was no butter or oil.....or coffee!!

Modified A-Frame

We enjoyed our stay in this small but very comfortable accommodation. It was perfect for 2 couples and the updated mid-century style decor from IKEA fit the A-Frame nicely. Multiple decks were a plus for having a meal outside or relaxing in the sun. The location was close enough to walk to the pool or village. We would definitely choose this accommodation again.

Basic A Frame with Everything Working!

The description said basic and was accurate. But a pepper shaker, please. Truly, though, that is my only complaint. Bed comfortable, all latest appliances. Great windows for light, Washer-dryer combo perfect. Near the walking-biking trails, near the village (which is why I picked it—I'm a walker). I'd stay there again anytime (getting a compass before my return so I can follow Siri!). Two or three five-star restaurants. Only 10 mi. from the High Desert Museum, which is a wonder for children and adults. Did not need to talk to property manager.

Cozy cabin, perfect location

We had a wonderful time staying at this cozy cabin. It’s newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed during our stay.

Cozy house with deck in badly need of repair

Overall our stay was good. The house was comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children, but it would have been a tight squeeze for 6 adults. The house is nicely remodeled inside, however the front deck that houses the spa is in really bad shape due to dry rot. There were many areas that were unsafe to walk on due to feeling the wood give way from underneath you. There were also areas where the boards lifted up along with the nails that we were fearful for at night when getting out of the hot tub. When we addressed these concerns with management, they stated that the owners were planning on replacing the deck in the fall. Management called the following day asking if someone could come at 9 am during our stay to replace the boards that were completely wood rotted, however that person never came to conduct the repairs. When I asked for a discount, I was offered a $42 refund on a 4 night stay. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the amount that was being offered, management (Patricia) stated that was all that they could offer and could not provide me with a name of someone that I could further discuss the issue with. She also hung up on me after stating "that is all I can do for you". Will hesitate renting a house that uses Vacasa as a management company in the future.

Cute cabin close to village and pool

The cabin was clean and very cute. I stayed with my daughter and four of her high school aged friends. It was a comfortable, cozy cabin close to everything. The maintenance staff was very quick to respond when we had an issue. Having a hot tub at the cabin was great.
