TV did not work. When I phoned the contact she said that should have been included in pre-check-in information. There was no hot water in bathroom sink. No way to regulate heat in the apartment. Bed was way too soft and I had neck problems from sleeping on it. I think I should get a discount, given all these problems. Please let me know.
