Great and beautiful condo on top floor. Kitchen has all needed appliances and washer/dryer was a bonus. It’s about a 1.5 miles to walk to town but there is a great walking path from the condo to do that. I enjoyed the hot tub and frequently had it to myself. Very quiet location when I was there.

The checkin process was easy and the property was just as expected. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was that the VRBO listing showed the property south of the river while the property is on the north side. This made the location a little less convenient since our friends live south of the river requiring us to go into town to cross the bridge.

I had a fantastic stay at this rental in Bend! The location was perfect for anyone looking to hit the slopes at Mt. Bachelor — it’s just one turn off the main road, and you're straight on your way to the mountain parking lot. It made getting to the ski resort super easy and hassle-free. The community itself is quiet and peaceful, which was a great retreat after a day on the mountain. The amenities were top-notch, and everything was well-kept. It was also conveniently close to downtown Bend and the Old Mill District, making it easy to explore local shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with quick access to both outdoor adventure and local attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place and location, really enjoyed the pool. Cleaning crew needs some help though, found dirty dishes in the cupboard, cups, plates. Also was looking for pool towels when we arrived and they were in the dryer wet.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and comfy. The location is convenient to needs and adventures. The walking biking trail is right next to the condo making it super convenient for a quick ride, walk or run. Pool and hot tubs were very nice with lots of lounge space for a pool day or grill. We had the most relaxing vacation at Rabbit’s Rest. The property is beautiful and so quiet, but also close to all the fun. Such a cozy stay with all the amenities we could possibly need. We loved the gas fireplace and we made many meals in the well stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfy and the room was so quiet, we hardly heard any of the neighboring units at all. We skied at Mt. Bachelor and even in the busiest time of the season, this unit was close and made the logistics of getting to the resort a breeze. We also enjoyed the Messiner Snow Park cross country area which was only 15 minutes from the unit. We shopped at the beautiful Old Mill area and enjoyed the local climbing gym, both onlly minutes away from the unit. The property managers were quick to respond and our check in was easy. The unit was beautiful and immaculately cleaned. Thanks for the beautiful stay! I would recommend this unit and would definitely come again!

My husband and two daughters and I had such a perfect time there! The location of the pool is perfect. I love the upper story because then we had vaulted ceiling’s. The loft was wonderful and comfortable. The kitchen is a perfect size with all the necessities. Love sitting on the deck, I love the smell of the trees! Love the proximity to town, and the river and the mountain!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this clean, comfortable and convenient condo. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen is nice and includes a coffee maker and a tea kettle. The bathroom is roomy. Plenty of books and games available. Property management had quick response via text when I had a question. Check in/out was very easy. The only cleaning we needed to do when we left was empty the trash. (No bed stripping, towel washing, etc.) Rabbit's Rest is set in a beautiful area with tall pines surrounding. It is very close to the Hayden Homes Amphitheater and is conveniently located to dining and shopping. I can't wait until I can go back again and stay here longer!

My family stayed at Rabbit’s Nest during our visit to Bend. It was a simple but well laid out space with cozy touches all around. We especially appreciated the easy access to different areas in Bend (everything was a easy 5-15min drive), the separate space where our 2yr old can rest without my wife and I having to tiptoe around as we often have to in hotel settings, and just enough kitchen supplies to do a bit of cooking/dining in. The access to the very well maintained community hot tub and gym were a great bonus as well!! The team was great at communicating with me, and promptly sent out a technician when we were unable to figure out how to operate the washer/dryer. He was so friendly, thorough, and pleasant to work with. They also worked around our daughter’s nap to get the work done when it was least disruptive for her schedule. We will definitely look to stay here again when we are in town!! Thank you

We loved this place. ❤️ It was an adorable , well taken care of, place. It was just what we needed traveling from Oklahoma. It felt like home away from home and we all slept well. We also loved the washer and dryer to wash some clothes before heading back home. We had a movie night and spent the last day just resting getting ready for our trip back to Oklahoma. If we are ever in this neck of the woods again, we will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place. 😀

My husband and I stayed in this VRBO property for 5 days while I ran the Bend Marathon. Overall, the property was very nicely maintained and was in close proximity to everything you’d want to do in Bend. The only issue we had was getting into the property when we arrived. The code we were given did not work and when I called the iTrip customer service number no one answered. It took about 30 minutes to get the correct code to get in which was kind of a pain. Other than that, everything was great and I would stay at this property again.
