Flat Rock Beach House

Laze on the deck and check the surf or amble across the road and along a short bush track to take a dip in the refreshing ocean or have an early morning surf.

Enjoy the views and the sound of nature lulling you to sleep at night.

Linen and bath towels provided.

This modern beach house has all the modern conveniences with three bedrooms with ceiling fans, and two bathrooms to cater for a group of seven.

There are living areas with TVs and bathrooms on each floor. Upper floor has ceiling fan.

In the modern kitchen is a Nespresso coffee machine, a 12 cup coffee plunger, a 2 cup stove coffee pot that takes ground coffee and coffee frother.

A fireplace is located on the top floor for the winters and there are ceiling fans for the summer.

Gas heaters on both floors.

The yard is fully fenced for kids to play safely.

Undercover front deck with gas BBQ overlooking the waterfront reserve.

Garage is not available.

Bendalong General Store and Cafe only a 20 min walk or 1 minute by car from this home.

At Manyana there are also tennis and basketball courts, skate park and soccer field but you need to bring your own equipment.

Strictly no smoking inside.

No pets allowed.

Great property in a great location

Terrific house with plenty of room for 2 families. Right on the beach. construction work underway next door which wasn’t Ideal but otherwise really enjoyed our stay over school holidays

Idyllic!

Awesome property in amazing location

We've just spent 5 stunning days (4 nights) in this beautiful house opposite Flat Rock beach. The house is immaculate - plenty of room, comfortable, airy, with all the mod cons, bathrooms are huge and lovely, and the outside hot/cold shower is sensational after a day on the beach. Flat Rock Beach is safe, secluded and gorgeous. The area surrounding the house is pristine - perfect for an after dinner stroll, spotting the many kangaroo's around. All in all, we highly recommend the property - it truly is awesome!
