"Accommodations were very basic. No essentials were provided, soap, shampoo, paper towels, tissues, salt, and pepper. It would be a big plus too have a couple more hooks and shelves in the bathroom to be able to place things. Another chair in the main living area would be helpful. Plan to bring everything with you. The gardens were beautiful and very relaxing. Overall worked for us."

"Lovely property, lovely host, very generous quality breakfast supplies and no complaints at all. Couple of minor observations that may help: We took our two dogs and the garden is very secure except for the main gate itself. We worried that our small dog could get through onto the lane and some wirefence material along the bottom 2 feet of the gate would have made us less worried. The second little concern was that the steps/slope up to the cottage would benefit from a handrail to make us old...

"Für englische Verhältnisse war die Unterkunft nicht schlecht. Innen war alles relativ neu, aber für 4 Personen ist die Einrichtung nicht gut durchdacht. Es gibt keinen Esstisch, nur eine Bar mit Barhockern. Ein Pooltisch mit Platte könnte auch als Tisch genutzt werden, aber dran sitzen geht eigentlich gar nicht. Die Sofas im Wohnbereich sind etwas für Zwerge, aber zum chillen und liegen nicht geeignet. Im Obergeschoss gibt es ein großes und kleineres Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 2 Betten. Für 4...

"What a fantastic stay. We chose this property as we needed to vacate our home whilst work was being done, but it ended up so much more than just a place to lay our heads. The location, near the main road was ideal, but actually very quiet, as it was set down a hill. Pauline, the owner, couldn't have been more accomodating, finding extra parking for us and sorting out things very quickly. The location was brilliant, especially for our 2 dogs who loved the peaceful walks in the near vacinity"

"Not a terrible place just stuck literally in the middle of nowhere. I'm sure it would suite some, just not us. Met with noise from neighbours thumping against walls and a cat that kept whining to come in. Left 20 minutes after arrival. Informed owners but they didn't seem too concerned we weren't staying and didnt ask why we weren't staying. An OK place, just not for us."
