"I had to cancel the reservation due to 5 of the 7 people in my group were ill and we were unable to travel to Benni Mellal and this hotel. Expedia and I tried to no avail to get my refund of 3 rooms but to no avail. This is very disappointing. I cancelled in enough time by still the hotel Ouzoud would not refund my money. Not good business."

"Such a beautiful and relaxing location, I wish we had a few more days here to enjoy kayaking and other activities the hotel offers. The pool is not heated but looked very inviting for the warmer months. About 1 hr to Ouzoud waterfalls. Super restful. The grounds were beautiful and full of lovely floral and woodsy smells. "Disaster! This place doesn't exist!!! Total rip off by Expedia! When I checked later, there was another Expedia hotel with the same address, also doesn't exist. I confirmed with locals. Be careful booking in Marrakesh, the cheap places don't exist or cancel on you, taking your money, even on Expedia / airbnb, fake reviews & photos"
