"We had booked for 2 nights.We have arrived by night with the family and at the reception they said the hotel was full !!! We sent a message 7 hours before our arrival but nobody read it or answered … We had to insist with the manager to solve the problem. He found a room in another hostel which was pretty clean and well managed. After one night in this hostel, finally we went to «  la colline ». They showed us a room very dirty … We get another one which was in bad state… Really disappointed ....

As there is no exact address of the apartment (just a mark on the map), it is impossible to locate it in the city. The entrance in the apartment building is locked and it is impossible to figure out what apartment this is, anyway. I ended up having to book a room in a hotel because the host of the apartment never met me and never answered."
