"The hotel was fine, it had a nice view. Food options were good, but very limited. Unfortunately, the staff was indifferent about everything. I always felt like I was bothering them even though the place was mostly empty. I had to cut my trip short by 4 days to get back home and the hotel staff would not connect me to a manager regarding my request for a refund. Also, I elevated my request through Expedia and the hotel management won’t even talk to Expedia regarding my requests for a refund....
